Whats the level below minor leagues or is there or is that highschool. For a non american american sports are very hard to understand the rules can be looked up but the way the competitions are organised and what the sport is like at a local level.I know that AF and Basketball are organised on the basis of education high school and college and then pro ,but baseball is a mystery. Does every village have a baseball club or is that tied to elementary , and highschools. Sport in europe is based on the local club in britain and ireland eachsport or multisport body has its own club and mainland europe there is one club for multiple sports. The local club operates in a pyramid usual in a district competition if they are good enough they can progress to a bigger competition and theoretically up to pro level and then onto the top divisions and a club like Man U can theoretical make a journey in the other direction,There is sport in schools however its the club thats the basis
I was gonna make a video on this topic in December. Older players from foreign leagues are eligible for free agency but there is a process called the posting system that is a bit much to explain here but this link from mlb should help m.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/japanese-posting-system

Instead of having 3 level of single A, why don't they call it single A, double A, and triple A, and just add 2 extra A's to the higher level minor leagues?
@@MattJohno2 Before the 1960s, they did. After the world war, the minors hit a snag and started losing teams and leagues. The 1962/63 season was the start of the player development contract between the majors and minors.

Where do the Savannah Bananas fall?
Are all these leagues profitable?
No.
How do MLB teams get players from the Japanese leagues? Can they just throw money at them or do they have to get permission from the Japanese club?
I was gonna make a video on this topic in December. Older players from foreign leagues are eligible for free agency but there is a process called the posting system that is a bit much to explain here but this link from mlb should help m.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/japanese-posting-system
@@outtaherebaseball3205 Thanks for the links and getting back to me so fast . Sorry about all of the questions, I just found your channel today and I just love baseball. 👍⚾
@@outtaherebaseball3205 How did you learn all this stuff. Thank you BTW.
@@themacocko6311 lol baseball is my passion and if this youtube growth keeps up it could be my job!
@@outtaherebaseball3205 do japanese video system.
I quite enjoy this, however, my main constructive critique I can give you is to work on your voice. You don't have to become Matt Vasgersian but a bit more "oophm" would go a long way. You earned a sub though, keep it up!
That's fair and I appreciate your critique. But thanks for the sub and helping me pass 100!
Instead of having 3 level of single A, why don't they call it single A, double A, and triple A, and just add 2 extra A's to the higher level minor leagues?
Or, hear me out here, use another letter, such as 'B' or 'C'
@@MattJohno2 Before the 1960s, they did. After the world war, the minors hit a snag and started losing teams and leagues. The 1962/63 season was the start of the player development contract between the majors and minors.
I heard "Carolina League" and got sad
Only baseball can u have a first pick and send him to the minors for years
Well now we’re gonna need a new one after Manfred screwed us over again
