hi Sir Stuart With all that i have learn i am injoying my gold at 64 that i should have learned when i was 26 when i started golf thankyou so very much for helping me
Hi Stuart I also have been following your great teaching, as other comments I didn't get the kink in the grip quite right what a difference this has made. This video has brought a lot of moves together. Regards Roger.
Thank you so much for sharing Roger, really happy you get that fixed and now enjoying some good golf my friend. Keep me in the loop and well done.. Best wishes Stu 😊
Did I hear right Stu “the Cartwright grip will make the ball bend to the right”? 😮👍 oh and we need a kink in the right hand? That’s another thing I’ve been doing wrong? Great video again though sir. 😉
.......aaaannnnnnd we're done.......thanks for everything Stu.....its been fun. 😁 But honestly the one thing that has really helped me is the ol "you must pull on the handle" and pull on it like you mean it. I dont mean to be redundant but that broom drill really opened my eyes......thanks again ⛳🍺
I have watched many of your videos and developed a pretty good understanding of the overall concepts but I was looking for a simple summary of those concepts. This video provides that. Thanks for putting this one together.!
You have completely overhauled my swing I actually got fairly decent with the weak grip and the bowing of the left hand. So I thought. With that swing method I couldn't trust my aim. On a good day, I would have to aim right of my target and hope that I would pull the ball to hit my line. I shot mid 30s to low 40s. Depending on the short game that day. Now I'm aiming straight at my target, or just slightly right of it. I don't make great contact every time yet. But when I do. I look up and my ball is heading straight for my target. I'm still amazed every time. Lol I've changed every damn part of my swing. And now I have a new outlook on my golf goals. Thanks a million. P. S. I'm still having issues with my Google account. Or I would be compensating you. If you have another way besides the Thanks. Let me know.
Superb and concise summary expanded in your other videos. Is this good coaching? No, it is exceptional coaching! You are a preacher of the gospel of the golf swing, setting golfers free from endless errors. A giant thank you!
Perfecto, Stu. Thanks so much. I'll have a video to you by the end of the week which will show improvement on maintaining my posture throughout the swing :-).
Stuart this is amazing. Thank you. Great explanation and very concise. As a returning golfer this is gold dust in clearing up the journey from leadbetter to body swing. Thank you.
Bloody hell Stu all our Christmases...rolled into one video ...great to see your back is looking better .... the falling of the shaft on the way down ..is something that certainly is needed to get that lovely draw but so many people i play golf with dont see that is a problem in their downswing ..but its the one thing that gives me the confidence to really pull the driver down ...cheers for a great analysis once again
Another good video, Stuart. What helped me was a stronger grip, moving my weight at setup closer to my heels instead of the balls of my feet, learning to tilt the shoulders when rotating, and not being afraid to turn the forearms over. Most of which came from your guidance, thanks so much. It’s improved my strike, direction and distance tremendously. Cheers.
Great information as usual. I'd be interested in more details on using the lever system to generate clubhead speed. Also, I see SO many golfers trying to keep there head down and the resulting chicken wing, its unbelievable. Perhaps a video on NOT keeping your head down would be helpful to the community.
I’ve not had a golf lesson since 2004 and it was by Steve Bann. He worked with Stu Appleby, KJ Choi, a great guy. In Australia. Since 2004 I have been on my own journey and steered clear of all instructors. So, this is all my own work Sir. Best wishes Stu 😊

I have done a “Live Lesson” on not keeping the head for Robert. I did a video only a few days ago on “Speed” have you seen it? Best wishes Stu 😊
Another belter of a video Stuart is it better to practice these steps individually or all in the one move?
Definitely isolate and cycle through all five phases. Slowly but surely, they’ll all merge. 😊
@@GoodGolfCoaching Cheers Stuart
Pleasure
Good video Stu. Quick one. Who coached you and is your swing a product of their coaching or something you have studied and evolved over time?
I’ve not had a golf lesson since 2004 and it was by Steve Bann. He worked with Stu Appleby, KJ Choi, a great guy. In Australia. Since 2004 I have been on my own journey and steered clear of all instructors. So, this is all my own work Sir. Best wishes Stu 😊
@@GoodGolfCoaching thanks Stu. Of all five of the points I find the release the most difficult as it can result in overdraw or block pull. Thoughts?
Watch my “Power at Impact” video Sir. Best wishes Stu 😊
Loved the blind golfers snippet……
You should label this as, “Start Here!”
Will do!!
Done…
The video I have been waiting to see 😊. Bringing the basics of your excellent coaching into one easily digested bite.
Thank you Mel!! Hope it didn’t disappoint! Best wishes Stu 😊
Are you ok?
I am better than I have ever been in the 47 years of being on the planet. How are you? Best wishes Stu 😊
