      Minimal as with any other intake but the car will benefit from cooler passing air

    I think with logs one would see if the intake is actually worth it. In theory it seems beneficial, but the data will either prove that it is or isn’t.
    Yes, cooler air is always better but there’s some potential drawbacks that nobody ever mentions. With so many curves and the long path needed to enter and get to the MAF, it could pose a problem with turbulent air flow over the MAF.

      Thankfully the intake is designed with aerodynamics in mind but I do agree that logs will tell more. I plan on releasing some comparison videos

      I tried a version of a front mount intake, not the Vader solutions intake, and my turbo took way longer to spool, wgdc went way up, and lost a full second 100-200. Took it off and back to engine bay intake. VS intake will probably be a totally different story, but that other front mount simply didnt work.

      @@HassanEido1 Without having them all in hand, they look very similar and probably should perform pretty similar.

      @@HassanEido1 I have a pretty good idea of which one you are talking about. Honestly I dd not see any drop in performance with this intake, though at a later date I plan on going to the dyno and runnig a back to back test of this intake compared to a MST Intake and compared to a Stock intake if I can make it work on my car. It should be an interesting one!

    That is a shit intake kit, covers so much of the collers in the rad pack, could of been done with ducting allowing flow to pre-existing rads with your original air box, and when you talk about rain a heavy/ medium rain event will destroy that engine. Water doesn't compress surface area of the filter in direct weather in a rain event will make a good video of how to kill an engine

    • @NoClutchGarage
      @NoClutchGarage  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You clearly don’t understand physics enough to know that by the time the little amount of water enters the combustion chamber all of that will be transformed into steam because it is not enough volume at all entering the filter if any at all. Furthermore, this is an oiled filter, which means that the water will be repelled naturally anyway. The surface tension of water comes into play here. I have been running this intake with no issues for the past 2 years in sunny weather and in storms with no issue. There would need to be liters of water entering at once to cause any sort of damage, just think of this: the M4 GTS uses water to create more power when sprayed into the intake manifold.
