YES swinging my 16 kg kettlebell, and feeling STRONG. Awesome core combo workout, and challenging to do bear plank with a row, and that knee cross and tap, but YES I felt my core all the way! My core and pelvic floor has improved so much doing your workouts Amy!😃You are the best!🤗❤

I loved the pace and core focus of this for a bonus after the iso workout. My core felt like it was working the whole time. Fun moves kept me from feeling tired.

Great workout, loved the modifications in this to protect my bad knees. The KB swings are the best I am now up to 15lb Kettlebells thanks to Amy!!
