I prodict 3 things on new map:
1: shield spam
2: 12m spam
3: explosive spam
Dice should really make so that the dozer shield is not 1hit but 2. Also should nerf sundance so that she will get her scatter grenades back only from the ammo box or make the respawn time even bigger. Small maps like reducted getting sometimes super boring because both teams just spam explosives on choke points and no1 is flanking or pushing.

You had to spot the air vehicle in order for the cram to engage the jet/helicopter in BF4. I wonder if this will be the same case in 2042.

You should do a bingo-styled Battlefield season card and cross things out live on stream as you experience them. F2P weekend noobs - check. Overpowered battle pass weapons that need dozens of hours of gameplay to unlock - check. Re-introduction of "fixed" bugs- CHECK CHECK CHECK!

6:16 a little more complicated than that. Helis and jets have been forced to attack the spawn because of spawn camping wildcats and tor tanks etc that can shoot you across the map.
Well if choppers didn't go 100-0, AA wouldn't need to camp in spawn. Air vehicles are cancerous in this game.
@@stormer9952 Try flying in this game and you'll know what's actual cancer. Pilots who can go 100+/0 or something like that deserve it. The amount of AA is insane.
@Naizark98 I cant respect BF2042 chopper pilots at all. Jets and normal attack helis are balanced, but stealth choppers and little birds just make me stop playing whenever I see one. They're not fun to fight against and promote lone wolf gameplay.
@@Naizark98 exactly, decent pilots are very rare and it requires a lot of practice to get good. 99.9% of the time the people complain about air vehicles being OP can't even last 1 minute after spawning in them.
Even with skill you have to deal with: Other Jets and Helicopters, Wildcats, TORs, TGM spam, AT missiles, SOFLAMs and of course that annoying stinger spamming engineer that kills himself just to spawn with more missiles. Kill him and he spawns before your flares have even reloaded and this is before the upcoming nerf.
@@stormer9952 if we can get people to camp in the C-RAM while others camp in the Tor tank its over for these pilots. this is what i will try to do in the next season, i will also use the new rocket launcher alot.

My prediction with the whole visual recoil thing... My guess they are going to copy paste the original visual recoil from BF4... you know... the one everyone HATED.
It was SO BAD that THEY didn't even know what was wrong with their implementation of their visual recoil... Me and a few others had to make videos and post on their forums... some even got out ACTUAL real life red dot sights and showed them on video how it looks to look down one.
They made it so that the red dots were basically "a red dot painted on the glass of the sight." This made it so that when the gun model moved the dot would move an equal amount EVEN THOUGH the bullets came out of the middle of the screen.
Man I just went and watched my video "Sight Inconsistencies in BF4 (AKA the moving red dot)" and its over 9 years old... lol... I'm old now.
It's also hilarious when you consider that BF3 had perfect recoil from a gameplay perspective; a perfect mix of BF4 and BF2's mechanics... but in order to attract the COD crowd, they started tweaking the system to improve TTK, and it was never the same. BF1 has good recoil IMO, but it's a whole different animal considering the context. DICE is hilarious, all they had to do was remaster BF2 or BF3 and they would've saved their franchise, but no they had to make a WWII game without Omaha or Stalingrad and black female N*zis, and then of course, they had to make BF2042, which I didn't even give the time of day. Honourable mention to their two shitty Battlefront games...
All we wanted was a classic, well made Battlefield game. What we got was a calvacade of trash. The last game I bought from this genre was Battlefront 2017 Collection edition, and I played it maybe 20m. Battlefield/DICE conquest was my favourite franchise/genre. I actually got XBLive in 2011 to play BF3 online and I kept it until the beginning of this year. Modern DICE killed 13 years of fun for me. I bought BF3 on Steam earlier this month, but I can't get it to run unfortunately. I suppose I should be grateful DICE was great 2002-2016. They did so much good, even the bad can't take that away.

Haven isn't a new map to me, its legit arica harbor 2.0 just a village dropped in the desert very creative. For most of us i think we will all get bored again after a week or 2 of legit zero content so... the drip feeding continues thanks EA/Dice.

Ngl, I actually love the city portion of Arica Harbor. I am not a campy player by any means, I probably spend 15 seconds max in each building as I move around. The gameplay reminds me of OG verdansk once movement was discovered and it feels damn good just dancing in and around the buildings, absolutely POOPING on kids that are so bad they have to sit in a corner 😂

This game is just unplayable for me on PS5. My bullets either go through opponents, or they instantly destroy me with no chance on my part to react to being shot at. The problem isn't too bad in Modern Warfare 3 (though that game has its own issues). Keep in mind that I live in the US with fast cable internet. Why is this still a problem years later after the game was released? It's just aggravating.

Speaking of movement in 2042, double sprinting, whatever it's called, sliding and slide hopping has got to go. The movement in this game doesn't even feel like BF. If anything, it feels more like cod.

The issue here is that EA is not trying to save battlefield, they are trying to keep it on life support drip feeding content so they can sell us the next "great announcement and way ahead of schedule". Just like cod, but cod is using a even worst model that is killing their own game and making it boring so induces people intl buying the next title, because they release a new one every year. That's why games like CS , R6, BF3/4, even Fortnite still relevant. They are long term games that is "worth" investing your time, because they didn't get completely gutted and canceled after a year. Are they perfect games? Not at all, but at least they have to try to keep it relevant instead of killing it and moving to the next title

Dice just needs to go independent on steam and ditch EA at all costs. EA has caused each and every BF title to suffer upon launch because of the rush to get the game released.
