thanks for your TH-cam channel ! I picked up a 4066R 82”Normand inverted blower with loader 18hours 55k total ,your videos gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on the spot .
I realize this is an older video, but do you happen to have the part number for the kit required to add a stereo/radio to a [2020 4066R] snow cab tractor?
Do you have a part number for the hydraulic accumulator for the 3 point rear lift so the snowblower weight doesn’t crack the rear axle when you hit a big bump
Not yet, but I'm hearing it's going to be a very real possibility in the near future. You can already get the Zuidberg hitch itself (branded Deere) at any Deere dealer as a pretty-simple field install, but not the PTO. I've heard the factory PTO is very close to happening on the 4R, which would be a big deal.
@@MetalPlessNick Nice. Thank you. Well keep the feedback flowing to Deere. You guys seem to have the Deere snow tractor figured out. I'm headed to you for my next machine. Your detailed videos with part numbers and configurations are something that no one else seems to know. Appreciate it.
What County are you located in in Washington? We have several stores in the Tri-Cities area, so I may be able to work with you through one of those locations. However, if you're on the Western side of the state, it may be tricky! Tractor inventory is really pinched right now. We've got stock of snow tractors, but we're limited.
@@MetalPlessNick Not ready yet but live in Spokane County. Looking at property elsewhere in State but this heat dome effect now may result in a bad winter come January.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my account password. I would appreciate any help you can give me
@Zane John i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
We will put the 3rd SCV Kit on a lot of the time, especially when we install a pusher, but it does not come installed from the factory on the Snow Cab tractors.
I think it's just bubble wrap/shipping tape that Deere put around the antenna connection. Not sure why they did that - might just stick out a bit in the shipping container.
You can't order a "snow cab" tractor with a loader, no. You can easily add one later though, which I've done quite a few times. The price difference between a factory-installed loader and a field-installed loader isn't significant either, so don't worry about that. It's easy to get 440R loader, so there's no reason you can't have a "snow cab" 4R with loader.
How do you get a front mounted snow blower on a 4R like the 4720 had? Is there a kit from Europe you can order or do you need to go with a Zuidberg front hitch and PTO kit?
Weird it was available when I ordered mine. I think it was $3-4000 and you needed to know rotation and speed you needed. Try talking to a good parts person or even a sales person like the guy in this video.
Talk to a good dealer! I just looked and I can order the front pto through my dealer. The only thing that was brought up two years ago was they had not done one on a 4066r yet and it does require a software flash. The first of the four options list at $3900 now.
If you have R4 tires though, you are in luck because those rims run the Alliance 550 set (265/70R16.5, 440/80R24). People definitely struggle to push snow with the R4's.

I believe it comes with the rear wiper!
Thx for the video!
Tell me about the nokian tires vs. the R4s??

Could you be able to handle the whole all right I’ll see you when you come up package including the rear blower?
Great video,so competent,bravo
Can you review 3R snow cab? I am wondering if there are snow tires for the 3R available?
What is the total width of the tractor at the back with the snow tires turned either way.thankyou
Im looking for a snow cab for my 4120 2004 is that possible?
Can the 4052R and 4066R be ordered with a front PTO / 3 point hitch?

Can this setup be ordered in a 3046R with mid pto and those tires?
I currently use chains on my turf tires. What is your opinion on chains vs the snow tires?
Where do you buy one in State of Washington?

What’s the name of a good dealer to order this tractor in New York that does it all the time
can you do a video of how you operate the rear blower from inside the cab?

Can you still install a loader on it? When you build one it doesn't let me choose a loader!

How much for this tractor
Does your tractor have a rear differential lock

Looks funny that tires stick out past fenders. Makes them useless
That's why they get flipped to line up with fender extensions. I made a video about it.
