“Looking for a professional amateur photographer” I laughed for 5 minutes straight from the stupidity of this choosing beggar. Professional is an antonym of amateur
11:40 Free wedding photography ... nope. I'm a former wedding photographer. People have no idea how hard this job is. Anywhere from 5-10 hours, on our feet, rushing around, no time to eat, dragging/setting up equipment, and so on. It is hard work, and as a former high school teacher, I can attest it's one of the more challenging jobs you can have "for free." I used to do friends' weddings, but not anymore. You can probably guess why.
My mom always said, "If you can't afford throw a party, don't have one and expect others to pay to be there". Also "if you want to get someone an expensive gift but expect others to chip in, don't do it if you can't afford it on your own". My mom was never impressed by expensive gifts. She taught us to appreciate everything big or small.
The guy that wanted the book is dumb and rude. "OH YOURE NOT RESPONDING?! YOURE PROBABLY SCARED!" meanwhile she said she wouldn't respond if it's not page numbers.
I'm a nurse & had a person come into the hospital emergency & wouldn't tell us why. We did some vitals & cleared him. We told him to leave as we needed the room for actual emergencies. He stormed out & sat in the waiting room. When security told him to leave because we aren't allowing people without medical reasons in the hospital right now(due to covid 19) he yelled saying he was homeless & where did we expect him to go. We gave him options & he said he wasn't staying at a shelter. He said "I'm 25 years old, I deserve to stay here." We said he can't stay in the hospital if he doesn't have a medical reason. He yelled "you're a hospital, it's you're responsibility to take care of me" and proceeded to swear at us & call us names not NSW. We never responded & just told security to call the police. He left shortly after & yelled on his way out that he'd be telling his mom about this. You can't argue with choosing beggars. He's 25 years old, he's an adult, he's responsible for himself. Edit: rewritten for clarity.
the dog breads one reminded me of the "NO I DONT WANT TO BE BREAD " meme its of a cat face on some bread dough and mice rolling it out and the cat screaming " NO I DONT WANT TO BE BREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Ok, so as a chicken and chick owner, that chicken one got me very riled up. So my parents own a hay and feed store to buy feed for all animals . We happen to sell chicks. They are priced at $4 each, $8 for special breeds that are more expensive to us. Add up the price of a heat lamp (at a young age they die if their body tempature is below anywhere around 80 degrees fahrenheit (26.6 celsius) bedding, a home and food and water it all comes out around $35.She wanted 6 full grown hens presumably having everything else ready FOR FREE.Now we sometimes will sell full grown hens but those are priced at $25 each. That means if the "seller" did agree to give her hens the proper price would have been ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS! THIS WOMAN! I have successfully lost faith in humanity.
I planned my 16th birthday party. I planned a budget including paying for everyone, because of this I could only invite 12 people. My friend found out and told everyone else, everyone else offered to pay to get in. It was so sweet
10:48 - The chicken story is the same as the dog story, don't give your animals to idiots. If you have 16 chickens for a family of 6, then you probably know every chicken as an individual, don't give away any at all. Chickens are like 10 bucks and you'd probably still have to wait a few weeks until they lay any eggs.
For the makeup choosing begger: THAT SHIT IS THE CHEAPEST I'VE EVER HEARD FOR A MAKEUP ARTIST. I've gotten my makeup professionally done twice in my life. With my hair styles as well it added up to $150+ each time. I wish I only spent $20 on those times.
8:40 - NO. Don't go to campus security. If you chose to report this type of nasty behaviour go to the actual police. I studied and worked in academia for a long time in several major, and lessor, post-secondary institutions. These institutions are invested first and foremost in doing what is good for the institution. They **might** also do what is good for the students if the results of those actions also help the institution. Generally, having a reputation of having students who undertake atrocious behaviours is bad news for the institution so it is as likely (actually more likely) to cover it up as to actually do anything to help the victim. Seriously, if you are a target/victim of assault, sexual assault, stalking, harassment, etc. and you choose to report it, then go to the actual police in the jurisdiction where you attend school (and/or live depending on the context) rather than the campus security. The police might or might not be helpful but the campus authorities will almost certainly be useless.
One of my favourite choosing beggar stories here.... So basically I'm visually impaired. I can see a little, enough to see shapes but no details and enough to read text if it's relatively large. One of my favourite things to do is to go on IMVU. If you don't know IMVU it's similar to Second Life or Roblox where you create a character and can chat to people and explore rooms and stuff. One day I was just chilling in one of my rooms and I got invited into a room with someone I didn't know. I occasionally accept invites like this as I like meeting new people but I know most of the time it's choosing beggars looking for credits. This time that's exactly what it was, but the way he asked for money was just fabulous. CB "Hi I just called you in here because from your profile pic I thought you looked cool and would be sympathetic" ME "Oh really? well thanks for the compliment" CB "But I really need your help. I'm kind of having a crisis" ME "Oh really? What's wrong?" CB "so I really need some credits because I'm blind and I need it to buy a stick" (Note, it drives me nuts when people call them white sticks or sticks. They're called canes or white canes or you can specify the type of cane that it is ie guide cane or symbol cane because different types do different things) ME "You're blind? Cool, me too" (Also note that i often tell people I'm blind because I actually have not much sight left and it's easier than telling people that I can see a little bit and launch into explanations) CB "No seriously I'm blind" ME "Yeah I believe you. Me too." CB "I don't think you're being very sympathetic. I'm really short on credits and I need a stick" (Also also note that you can't exchange credits back into money so how he would need credits for a cane is beyond me) ME "I'm trying to be. I can relate. I sometimes struggle to buy canes too." CB "I don't mean a cane I mean a stick" ME (confused) "what kind of stick?" CB "A white one, you know for getting around and stuff" ME "Um....ok but...." CB "Look can you just give me 10,000 credits. I just need that much and then I'll have 100,000 and so I can buy a stick" ME "How much is your stick?" CB "$100" (Also also also note that I'm English but the guy was American. I know in England canes cost around £20 unless you want customisation to bling it up a bit. I have two customised canes. Even with customisation they come up to around £70. There's no way he needed a $100 cane, even if he was blind which I doubt) ME "What kind of cane costs that much?" CB "I told you it's not a cane, it's a stick and I already said, it's a white one!" ME "Yeah but what kind of stick, a guide one, long one or symbol one?" At this point he poofed out of the chat, no doubt done with me and realising he wasn't going to get a damned thing from me. I'll admit I played with him a little since I knew from the start that he was NOT blind, but it really pisses me off when people fake disability or use actual disability to play to people's sympathies since I've never asked for that and a lot of disabled people i know feel that way too. We don't want to be a figure of sympathy and we're not here to inspire you with our woeful lives. We're just getting on with life the best way we know how just like everyone else. Anyway rant over. Hope you liked the story. Also I love your vids Rslash
@@_Heng_ Well I knew straight away he was lying honestly but I didn't wan't to come out and say that in case I was wrong. But it turns out it is a thing. 14:05 you should say, "can't pay me? Okay, the exposure will be great" then, at the event, finish your performance to the audience by stating how gracious it was the event organizers refused to pay for your services... You can't be charged with defamation if it's true 😂😂😂

I think the story at 15:32 seems the mother is not greedy since she's paying 543 dollars (from my understanding, maybe it's for the food or anything) and the 22 dollars she's asking could be for the entrance. I say this because we usually do this whenever me or my siblings decided to celebrate our birthday at some semi-public pool. We ask our friends and their family if they want to come but they have to pay for the entrance tho since its quite expensive in my country but the transportation, food, and other entertainments are on us. They said they dont mind about paying for the entrance as long we have safe and fun party. So I'm siding with the seems to be the choosing beggar of this story. Unless she approaches them with some rudeness or anything so that's why they aret coming
In regards to the trampoline park party post (around 15:30 ), when I was growing up we often had situations like that happen, only every parent knew well in advance that they'd be asked to pay a small amount (typically $10) to help make the host parent able to afford things a bit better. Never really went beyond that, and no one ever really had an issue. I can see why forcing them to pay, especially last minute, and for the full price of admission is a bad move. But that doesn't mean having a "party pool" is a bad idea! Every kid has fun and the parents support each-other.
On that last one it's really simple. "You asked for food. I offered you my sweet bread. Sweet bread is food. Why aren't I giving you a burrito like you wanted? You asked for food; you didn't specify what kind. You don't want the sweet bread? Ok. I guess you aren't very hungry then. That being the case, get out of my face."
As someone whose family has chickens and other livestock (only goats and guinea fowl) I have to express how right Nerdruins was by not giving out hens. Not only will the hens be stressed if moved to a new area (ours are free range) but all of a sudden a large part of their flock will be missing. Raising chicks is essential if you want chickens, as they not only have to become comfortable to you as their caretaker, they have to become comfortable with their surroundings. There's also the fact that stressed hens wont lay as often, but that can be a non-issue depending on how many eggs you need per week. Our hens (at least the non-breeders, something my dad just started with 2 roosters) lay around 1 egg a day and we have maybe 20 hens laying eggs to eat.
"And please don't contact me until you can actually afford to buy the product I'm selling." No lie, I'd have spoken at the event, and made sure to tell the audience that the organization isn't paying us to speak, and never intended to pay the performers because it was never worked into their budget to begin with.
@N Logan if that's how you feel you probably shouldn't be on his account or trying to criticize my comment trying to respect one of my favorite TH-camrs please leave me alone because you've been murdered by words.😂
17:46 That reminds me of something that happened when I was a kid. A homeless man was going around asking for money outside of a chinese restaurant so my mom went home to make him a sandwich and walked all the way back to give it to him. He threw it in the trash as she walked away
For the woman with the coronavirus. Racism aside, she had a point about the free testing. Coronavirus testing IS SUPPOSED to be free, not choosing beggar talk either, the director of CDC was forced on live television to say he would make ALL TESTING free for the Coronavirus. With or without insurance.
Testing for COVID-19 is supposed to be covered by the government so no individual has to pay for testing or treatment. It's a bloody pandemic...the USA needs universal Healthcare last year. Should the choosing beggar get flack for being racist though, yes.
@@SarahAbramova Yup. In certain states its now reserved only for healthcare workers. We wouldn't be running out of them if we still had our pandemic response team that got dissolved back in 2018. Or having failures of the first batch of test kits that literally couldnt tell the difference between water and Coronavirus T.T now we're scrambling.
13:56 im 19 and bought myself a smart tv for my birthday. Last month i broke and replaced it without asking for any financial help. This guy is right. It feels good doing stuff with no help
*"He had the audacity to tell me that he did not want bread"* Yikes... IDK. I feel like it should be okay for homeless people to have food preferences without it offending you. As long as they aren't rude about it, they have the right to turn down your offer of a particular food. I mean, where is the line if you're going to take the perspective that they should be grateful for any type of food handed to them? Should they happily accept a partially eaten can of sardines? I mean if they were _really_ hungry they should be grateful and eat it, right? If I had the money to do so, I would have just bought the man whatever he wanted to eat, in this case a burrito. I've unfortunately had homeless family members. So whenever I encounter a homeless person, I can't help but see them and treat them as I would my brother, with the same level of dignity. I'm not saying OP didn't do that, but I guess I was a bit bothered by the "Wow, that's really ungrateful" response to the man turning down bread he has every human right to dislike. Makes me suspect that maybe it's more of an entitled choosing giver problem here? I'm sure OP's heart is in the right place. Maybe the man _was_ rude to OP, but from the information given, it seems like maybe the opposite is true. I just think homeless people can be beggers with preferences, without being labeled ungrateful choosing beggars, as long as they are polite and respectful about it. There's no need to take it as a slap in the face. You can still go home feeling like a good person, even if they did turn down your intended act of kindness. *End rant.*
Look you're not wrong, everyone has preferences. But the issue here is that it sure as hell didn't sound like the homeless person was anything but rude about getting offered bread :P I've only ever gotten approached by a literal beggar (nothing wrong with that btw, but that's what they are called) who asked for money. I had no cash on me so I offered to get him something to eat and drink from a 7/11 at the train station because I was heading there myself and he chose to accept so I generally have the same thoughts as you regarding the topic. Had that experience been him spitting in my face and saying "no, I want money!" my take on the topic would obviously be completely different and understandably so xD

The no health insurance part of the story makes me glad I’m not American. I’ll rather wait an extra few days than go bankrupt God bless the NHS
Yeah also (I'm not sure if your in america sooo) ther is a alligators in the lake (like a big lake) and they have been eyeing my hot pocket. That's America
You know what the ironic part is? Most Americans will also wait to go to the doctor until it's really bad. The reality is most Americans can also wait a couple extra days vs paying more for medical care.
drifty I’m a Brit brother
Scott Becker I don’t think people get but if you desperately need medical attention go to an ER you’ll be seen soon even if it’s not an emergency. Or a GP show up at 8am and you’ll get an appointment same day guranteed
It's not so much that the health system is the problem but the long noses running it
I can only imagine RSlash living in an apartment with really thin walls, and his neighbors hearing him talk to himself then randomly shouting “YOU STUPID MORON!”
Wonder what they’d be thinking
The one with the makeup “why should I pay for something I’ll only use for a few hours” thats what food and water is only for a few hours or days
Thank you Rslash giving me a reason to wake up after only six hours sleep just to be told work is cancelled.
The Karenovirus sounds a millions times scarier than the Coronavirus

“Looking for a professional amateur photographer”
I laughed for 5 minutes straight from the stupidity of this choosing beggar. Professional is an antonym of amateur
Karen: "I don't have medical insurance, but I have a coronavirus!"
Me: "Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope SOOOOOO MUCH NOPE!!"
Fish face on legs!!

“A *professional/talented amateur *photographer” is one of the most oxymoronic things I’ve ever heard.

My come back would have been, ”Please DO NOT contact me until you’re ready to be an adult.”
Dang, that guy that needed the book set off so many red flags you could make a new planet with all of them!!

I love the way he said ,, why do i have to pay" 😂

CB "Hi I just called you in here because from your profile pic I thought you looked cool and would be sympathetic"
ME "Oh really? well thanks for the compliment"
CB "But I really need your help. I'm kind of having a crisis"
ME "Oh really? What's wrong?"
CB "so I really need some credits because I'm blind and I need it to buy a stick"
(Note, it drives me nuts when people call them white sticks or sticks. They're called canes or white canes or you can specify the type of cane that it is ie guide cane or symbol cane because different types do different things)
ME "You're blind? Cool, me too"
(Also note that i often tell people I'm blind because I actually have not much sight left and it's easier than telling people that I can see a little bit and launch into explanations)
CB "No seriously I'm blind"
ME "Yeah I believe you. Me too."
CB "I don't think you're being very sympathetic. I'm really short on credits and I need a stick"
(Also also note that you can't exchange credits back into money so how he would need credits for a cane is beyond me)
ME "I'm trying to be. I can relate. I sometimes struggle to buy canes too."
CB "I don't mean a cane I mean a stick"
ME (confused) "what kind of stick?"
CB "A white one, you know for getting around and stuff"
ME "Um....ok but...."
CB "Look can you just give me 10,000 credits. I just need that much and then I'll have 100,000 and so I can buy a stick"
ME "How much is your stick?"
CB "$100"
(Also also also note that I'm English but the guy was American. I know in England canes cost around £20 unless you want customisation to bling it up a bit. I have two customised canes. Even with customisation they come up to around £70. There's no way he needed a $100 cane, even if he was blind which I doubt)
ME "What kind of cane costs that much?"
CB "I told you it's not a cane, it's a stick and I already said, it's a white one!"
ME "Yeah but what kind of stick, a guide one, long one or symbol one?"
At this point he poofed out of the chat, no doubt done with me and realising he wasn't going to get a damned thing from me.
Me when I read the part where he says he's completely blind: *excuse me what*
@@_Heng_ Well I knew straight away he was lying honestly but I didn't wan't to come out and say that in case I was wrong. But it turns out it is a thing. People will make up a disability to try and get stuff. I think they think that being disabled is so easy, that all you do is sit around and do nothing all day. Misconception.
14:40 I met a vary husky Karen at kohl's and I heard her constantly saying how she lost 20 lbs and would shut up about everyone in line was getting annoyed until someone spoke up and said "look in the mirror lady, I think I found em", I left kohl's with a nice lethal jacket and a smile on my face

@11:30 And she didn't want roosters. Did she already have them or was going to get them from another source? You can't get eggs from hens without the rooster "helping the process"! LOL
"Why did you give me bread when I wanted a burrito?" I dunno, maybe because this isn't a grocery store? This is probably why you're still homeless.
4:26 can you do my eyes for free?
Ok, proceeds to stab eyes with an eye dialator, "ha ha, now you're blind!"

14:05 you should say, "can't pay me? Okay, the exposure will be great" then, at the event, finish your performance to the audience by stating how gracious it was the event organizers refused to pay for your services... You can't be charged with defamation if it's true 😂😂😂
The first lady clearly isn’t struggling that badly otherwise she’d gladly accept the $35
Someone accidentally sends you money & that’s how you act ???
Somehow the way these people act in the stories in these videos still surprise me everyday

holy cow, Karen predicted Fidough and Dachsbun
I really want to know how people look like when they just keep spamming messages to their target.
I love in the dog neutered one where it just goes "THERE SO CUTE YOUR EASILY GONNA FIND A HOME" "ADORABLE!!!!" to "I want both and YOUR paying for the neuter"
I can only imagine if one of these sorts of people tried acquiring a bank loan with exposure as collateral.

"Looking for a professional/talented amatuer photographer..."
Wtf? Professional amatuer? Dis gunna be good!
"And please don't contact me until you can actually afford to buy the product I'm selling."
No lie, I'd have spoken at the event, and made sure to tell the audience that the organization isn't paying us to speak, and never intended to pay the performers because it was never worked into their budget to begin with.
When your early enough that there's no ads

K nice
@@bibliowolf5735 yup. Lol the racism should be the focus of her shittiness 😂 not the expectations that testing is free. Cuz it is.
They're running out of testing kits, I hear.
*"He had the audacity to tell me that he did not want bread"*
Yikes...
But the issue here is that it sure as hell didn't sound like the homeless person was anything but rude about getting offered bread :P
I've only ever gotten approached by a literal beggar (nothing wrong with that btw, but that's what they are called) who asked for money.
Strongly disagree. Why? Because I met way too many asshole beggars to care.
Those pups were 100% Akita’s, I used to have one. That lady needs to learn her dog breds 🤣
