They should put Dr. Mario in a surgery game like trauma center, but the patients are goombas and koopas and shit.
As for Dr. Mario as a puzzle game (what it is), I've always found it shallow and pretty much just the antithesis of fun.

You completely bypassed Dr. MARIO Puzzle League for GBA and Dr. MARIO & TETRIS for SNES!!!!!
Wow i totally forgot about those games idk why they didn't get mentioned when i did research that gba game is cool
@displayland1988 The GBA one really is amazing! It's honestly never brought up and just overall forgotten, which I can't understand! And the SNES one is pretty good too, outside of being a prettier looking collection of the NEzs games, it has a mode that will switch between Dr. Mario And Tetris on the fly!
