all it takes to spruce it up is a lil bit of landscaping. Throw down a few hedges and flowers and boom! Pretty house. Important note: must have a nice exterior wall style. Bricks are my go to.

You should do a collaboration build with deli! Since your strength is the exterior and deli is really good at interior, you should do the exterior and deli do the interior! I think it will be pretty cool.
They have before, if I remember correctly.
Yeah, it was this giant apartment in the Sims 3. It was ten or twelve levels tall, or something like that. I think the video is 45 minutes long. It's insane.
They did a few sims 3 collabs and challenges more recently.
This is actually amazing, you should be an Architect. Designing houses seems like your forte. You can even use the sims to make the roughest design and see if it's liveable! This is awesome

Am I the only one who is obsessed with binge watching all of his videos? 1. Seeing his creativity makes me happy; 2. He has such a intriguing commentary voice; and 3. All of these builds are so aesthetically pleasing to watch...idk why, LOL.

i would have switched the fridge and the sink and put an easel instead of a second bench on the balcony as well as a pot in the little nook on the front balcony.
but overall and again i am impressed by how you're able to make such small and simple spaces look good.

The fridge/sink thing kindof made me anxious as well, it doesn't look great and you shouldn't put ur fridge and oven next to each other

If you're bothered by the lightning problems of the curtains (their lightning looks like they're outside): You have to turn the direction of the windows! :)

This is the first video I've watched by this guy, and let me just say... you're voice is so cheery and somewhat comforting! I don't know why I like your voice so much. It may be your attractive accent or just the happy flare it gives off, but you sir have a very nice voice. Cheers to you my good man. Btw the house looks absolutely amazing.
I couldn't agree more about the house plants... I always put plants everywhere I can in Sims (or any other game I can decorate in). Yet, the only plants I actually own are some tiny cacti in little clay pots.
I think 50 tiles is fair seeing as though the stairs remove 3 tiles on the upper floor....

I think this is my favorite of all your builds. It's just like so perfect. It's small enough to be cute but also practical for a single sim or a couple. The entire thing is just great, especially all the decor.

Agh! When I first got Sim's 4 I built the same outside design work as this house but changed the interior a whole lot and it's just so interesting how cool it is and how different people furnish their homes!

+Brooke Wink I was an EA representative. Just contact them via chat. Give them the code, they can pull up the account with the code. The tricky part is verifying the account. You need your email, origin name, security answer (I forgot the process). I still have friends on the inside if you need further help I can send them the code and get the account for you. I love sims 4 when I was with EA and I hate not having to play it now. I don't want it to happen to anyone. If I can help I'll help. 😊

i'm pursuing architecture in university and i'm thinking to download sims just to plot my designs, i really liked the way how you narrated your videos- although there was a bit of mistakes with some parts but yea, it you're pretty good without learning the basics in design. I am late to this build, like way late, but I just bought Dine Out yesterday and I was kind of hesitant on buying, but I am happy with the build/buy mode things it gives us! I was pleasantly surprised by this game pack and so happy I caved and bought it.
How come the blinds place like they're outside? Like, the colour is all weird... has that been happening since the new lighting engine?

@James not a fan of blue myself, but love the blue cabins in the kitchen. The cloth on the table is called a runner. Plus we all know you love Cities: Skylines, have you thought of picking one of your favorite houses from it and making it in Sims 4??

I made a 5 x 5 2 story home for 3 sims, w/ a seperate study room, separate bathroom, a fully furnished kids room, a fully furnished master bedroom w/ a walk-in closet, a full Kitchen, a dining table and got one square Left to put a sculpture haha😃
Oh and a fireplace and a tv and 3 sitting places to watch tv

About the bathroom, if you knock the wall out under the stairs the shower would fit in there, and is usable. I've done it, but it does look a little funky. I tried putting an arch, but that blocks the shower. I'll have to use those blue cabinets sometime, they're attractive.
Hahaha, I have the same thing about door windows. I don't know why TS4 doesn't have some frosted/reflective options. Wonder if frosted is hard, I can't think of any. I don't want folks who don't know me just rollin' up in there and having a gander. So IRL I put up a curtain that lets some light in, but blocks the view. That's why I love entryways/halls, but most smaller dwellings don't have them. My front door window looks right up the stairway, sort of like this home, and right into the bathroom, lol, nice planning. With your wall there, it's good. Unless a thug comes to your door and proceeds to do you harm. If you were home alone there would be no witnesses! XD Does it seem lacking in curb appeal not to have the door visible? Those real estate gurus are always sayin' (talks in guru voice) "Your front door/entry area is very important."
