I think you should do a “dangerous” build and/ or a house that wouldn’t pass inspection. Missing railings etc. “Hazardous to children.”

I love the fact that not only is the dropped down part not fenced off, but you also put a pool directly under so anyone that falls down is pretty much going to drown 😂😂😂

They aren’t going to drown there is a ladder leaving the pool they could use... though they may hit their heads on the bottom of the pool cause it’s not really deep.

I love the way this looks. You'd be forever fishing drowned rabbits and squirrels out of that pool in real life, not to mention the tiny half-wall probably makes it MORE likely someone will fall in, hidden as it is by the plants, but this isn't real life, it's the sims, and it looks amazing.

I thought this would be a half down house in the sense that it's been destroyed by a storm or something (but it's just a design and the inside is fine) and now that I think about it, you should try to do that!!!

Just did something like that myself, it's pretty challenging, with everything in the game being brand new and fancy stuff.

This house looks like there was an earthquake and the house sunk in. And the owner of the house was like " no problem i can work with this" and all the other stuff around it.
i really like when you use some colours in builds, don't get me wrong, i live for the monochromtic aesthetic, but i really love seeing you try to get outta your comfort zone and include colours, it makes for some really interesting builds, it's still a bit wonky in some places, but i love it nonetheless :D
build challenge: do a collab with somebody and put your hands behind your back and have the other person act as your hands. they can't see what they are building, but you try to help them by describing what to do. take turns for each other's channel.
hope that makes sense. gotta be in person obviously, but could be funny. :):):)

I recently started watching your videos and I’m now realizing how many of your builds I’ve downloaded from the Gallery lol. Like I’ve been using the underground build and I had no idea that it was one of yours. It also explains all the shrunk down ceiling lights 😂
How awesome would it be if a real team of experienced house builders would use some of James House-builds and try to recreate them in real life like the one in this video? I really hope that it will happen some day!

The layout of this is incredibly awesome....I tried his roof tips and let me tell you I am loving the flat roof designs with greenery all over. I REALLY THINK IT'S AWESOME AND VERY MODERN.

everything about this is amazing omg (maybe except the triangle towel corner so much lol) but basement bedroom and right next to it a lap pool and little yard space and then the stairs going up to the outside where the lovely leaf roof thing is, and the bridge!! and I love the lounge space by the kitchen, great colour scheme, amazing work Jamesemaj!

Gosh, I love you speed build videos so much, they are always so inspiring. My houses always look like shitty rectangular sheds compared to your buildings, it's annoying (just so you know, your videos are even watched in France - kiss from Europe)

Just going off your comment that you want to build something you like, please do a build using all of your least favourite things. Like least favourite wallpaper, floor tiles, appliances, colour patterns, furniture etc. Everything that you normally skip over using cause it’s just weird or gross or doesn’t fit. I think it would be a super amusing video to watch! ☺️ 💙💛
