Do that in The Sims 3. Place 50 of the most expensive car in a basement.

I think this is probably one of the best 10 k build challenge I've seen, most of the other people that I've seen doing this have used the cheapest items and not added much colour, the space is used well and everything goes together well

YES! The slower build speed was fantastic. I'd rather spend more time watching a build that I can actually catch all that's going on. In fact, I've slowed videos down before, but then James' voice gets all funky. haha

I wonder if it would be possible to make a house using only things from one expansion and no base game?like aside for build mode(walls roofs) you are only allowed to use ideas from city living or get together!
You should do a small house like idk something as large as this but make it as expensive and detailed as possible. :)

Hi could you try using the smallest lot and try to make the house cost 1,5milj. So the challenge is to make a small house and use as much money as possible. if 1,5 is easy i think 3milj isnt impossible. i wish i could phrase my idea better but i hope i got my point across

I think one violin would be fair.
You'd also have to regulate the use of moveobjects. Otherwise you could just get a couch and hide as many 10,000 simoleon computers as many as necessary inside it to bring it up to the target value.

I was looking forward to seeing this build from you because I knew you'd be able to make this look good, even with just 10k. Mission accomplished! You didn't have to use the cheapest items, and the shape of the house is interesting and modern. Love it.
I love that you actually check to make sure that items work, especially after using the bb.moveobjects . I can't tell you how many times I've placed a lot in where Sims can't get anywhere because a chair is in the way or a coffee table is too close to the sofa etc.
You don't actually need that extra counter, they can chop stuff on the corner-counter.
this is amazing, I want to move out probably towards the summer, I'm getting so much inspiration from your tiny builds and budget builds because I am on a seriously LOW budget.

This build reminds me of my flat! Not with the layout, but with the size of the rooms. It looks great, as always. Now I am inspired to build something similiar :) (even though I am playing the 100 Baby Challenge and it would be crammed af)

hi james great video once more. love to watch your building series :D I would realy love to see you build a big luxury/celeb mansion. then I have another suggestion. try to mix styles together. for example: mediteran mixed with contemporary/modern stuff. i am sure youll make smth outa it ;)

Lyndon F James doesn't use any mods. They are from expansions and stuff packs but they aren't custom content
To be fair @void my sims 4 game functions pretty badly on a fairly okay laptop, my sims keep loitering whenever I give them commands, they just don't react to it or if I cancel something so they can go to work or school it takes TWO SIM HOURS for them to react to the command. So I can imagine one would like to see more youtubers run those conditions for them so they have content and ideas.
I normally go with either the lot value or the price on the build when it goes to the gallery, done a few stater house or under amount and I agree when you used to using everything it's hard no to, which makes it a challenge
