People have had enough of these people who think they are entitled to block traffic. The most disrespectful, uncaring bunch of hypocrites.
To me they deserve what ever they have coming to them. Blocking the road is not the answer. It shows them I mean "them" What kind of people they really are don't care about other people or what is going on in their lives.. Just the blasted enviorement in which to me it is history anyways when the sun goes.

I saw a woman who was desperately trying to get her kids kindergarten to pick them up in Germany. The kid was sick and the mother was crying an yelling those activists that she has to get to her kid but they ignored her. It’s mental.

Whatever happened to road *side* protests? If you get a big enough crowd, rubber necking drivers will slow down traffic for you, and you end up getting tons more eyeballs on the protest itself than blocking the flow of people past the protest. But NO that makes TOO MUCH SENSE. Like someone said, it seems like these people don't even believe in the movements they push and are just sabotaging them.

From what I gathered through other comments in other videos, cars and such burn more fuel when idle, so blocking traffic is adding to the problem, *not* solving anything.

I'm fully supportive of climate protests that drive progress, but not in that manner. Even if I were offered payment, I wouldn't place myself in the middle of the road. This not only risks angering others and turning them away from the cause, but it's also a danger to the protesters.

We need to make very clear and explicit laws that this is a form of kidnapping. When you block the public road and traffic is this backed up, the honest citizens are now being forcibly held against their will. They can't turn around and go back. So this is a form of kidnapping and you should legally be allowed to drive at 3-4mph and NOT stop. If they don't move, they will be run over.

It is pretty clear that the majority of folks do not sympathise with or support such actions. This means that these actions are counterproductive and do nothing for the cause. Protestors should always be held responsible for the results of their actions, and should be liable for all costs and wasted time. Names and addresses of these perpetrators should be made available to everybody affected.

You'd get a far better deal from the police in London. Cups of tea, sun block,dance lessons and their support in preventing motorists from exercising their lawful right in getting to hospital, work, holidays or any other place that your fellow man really needs to access. Sometimes the police don't even bother to attend, leaving it to the motorists to discuss their differences with protestors in a calm, rational and well-mannered way.
Instead of doing the most useless form of protest possible, why don't these losers apply what appears to be the extremely ample time that they have on hand to coming up with an actual solution?
