    Join us for a class that combines strength, balance and PWR! Moves. This class is focused on the basics - and a great go-to for daily movement for people with Parkinson’s Disease. No equipment is needed for this class and modifications are provided for those who need a little extra support.

    Thank you! First half was very dificult.Second more resonable. Each exercise I did at least twice.
