    Another excellent exercise from Polly. I like thee use of different camera angles - gives a much better understanding of the arm and body positions.. David from Canada

    Polly. I really like your program. I will try to stay with it. I get mixed up with the combination exercises, but with more practice I am sure it will get better.thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I am already doing much better, and feeling happier. The only thing is that I'm quite shaky, especially in my hands. Great instructors. Thank you sooo much!

    Thank you, I have a. Difficult time because of an very bad knee and cannot do exercises with a lot of exercises that INCLUDE SQUATS.😊

      Hi Ron, thank you so much for your comment. We encourage you to do leg extensions in a seated position if squats put too much pressure on your knee. Alternatively, perhaps try just squatting 1/4 or 1/2 of the way down. Best of luck and let us know if we can support you in any other way.

    We did an old one today (28th Dec) but one we had not done before. It was very good. Hope you are now over the big freeze in Austin and things are getting back to normal. Paula and Jon

    I too feel better, but the shaking in my hands is bad also, but I think that is anxiety

      We are glad this class helped you fee great Diane and we would definitely recommend our Relax and Reset classes to help with anxiety - a number of our participants have found that these classes have helped them with their tremors. Let us know how you go!!
