We have a friend who owns a similar property for 5 years near us and his feedback from guests was that 88 is the minimum in the winter. Several guests told us that 85 was too cold. We always kept our last pool at 94 year round.

The Chicken Pot Pie is sooooooo good! Last time we were there my hubby and I got the last 2 pot pies and our friends had to do without! The meatloaf is exceptional though! We have not tried the chicken and waffles but will do next time we are there. Lovely to see your visits to the amazing restaurants in Loreto!

Hey there Dooglass and Esperanza! Did you feel the EARTH MOVE ??????? I like to follow Earthquake and Volcanic activity and noticed you have a little movement going on near Loreto the past few days.... Here in Puebla Mexico we have been dealing with a LOT of ash the past two months... This morning my husband got a couple shovels full as well as about the same yesterday morning.
I'll bet that with careful editing you could have stayed underwater for hours scrubbing. 88 degree water must feel wonderful on the sore back. The soul food looked great. I could almost smell it. P n D
When do you think you will have a 3rd villa ready? My family wants to all come down together. Thinking next year potentially, same time as now or a little later, when it is a bit warmer, but not summer heat, like 80-90 ?
Most restaurants that serve food targeted to Americans and Canadians charge US prices because the Americans will pay it. I can also go get a 35 cent awesome birra taco in town. Mexican food is inexpensive.

Pool water at 88! Wow, too warm. Get the guest's opinion. Weight belt and hose to the surface is needed.

Yes, we have had quite a few earthquakes in the past couple weeks. All of them just barely big enough that you can feel them.

When I was a kid we had a pool and I could hold my breath underwater for 3.5 minutes. Not anymore!
