This is because HAYABUSA has different characteristics from the first generation, the second generation, and the third generation.

That Busa sounds good as hell bro. Them voodoos are loud as hell. I had a voodoo shorty replica welded onto my 99 gsxr 750 SRAD it was loud as 7ft mutated rottweiler from the underworld lmao. I still love the sound of voodoos, brocks short meg with the baffled removed and the street Meg with the baffle removed on the Hayabusa.

I had the voodoo 4-1 with the shorty on my gen2 busa and good god I loved it and had a lot of likes at meets. I plan to go do the same to my gen3 when I pick it up

Nice job Chris ...... Give the customer what he wants and make him happy. I talk to a few car Dyno tuners that refuse to put the pops and bangs in a tune. They say it's dangerous to the cars engine. I say they don't know how to do it correctly. Keep up the good work.
Chris, random idea I just had watching this video.. Just for fun comparison on some of these videos talking about the exhaust sound it could be interesting if you had a dB meter set up near by. Granted it would be louder than normal in the enclosed dyno room but it would still be apples to apples because all the bikes are revved in there. Not sure if reverberations in there could make the readings inconsistent though.

this is how my 09 fz1 sounds like with the catless midpipe and muffler delete. it was fun for the first few days. then it just got too much for me since it was my daily. i also had to stay in the back of group rides bc i was droning out everybody else if i stayed ahead.

As of now I have stock exhaust with M4 slip-ons. I want to go full exhaust but I really love the two pipe look. Which exhaust out there has the best quality sound and gives best horse power with two pipes instead of one? Any advice from anyone would be great.

I know voodoos on the older 750s register up 120 db on busas i bet it's like 127 db or more in loudest.
Those check engine lights and others need to go out. Do they stay on after an ecu flash?

Cool video dude but mine is a 1999 I think I purchase the same Mufflers you have their little bitty suckers I bought them off of Amazon mine sounds exactly like yours and I thought mine was unrestricted do I really need the flash the damn thing
How much hp did it make??? I will opt to keep the pops on my 14 just to smooth out the off/ on throttle response. My 14 is coming down. I just hope you can squeeze my bike in between all those busas.
That thing makes some racket, can totally do without the fartbox backfires though.

I’m bringing you mine July 26th and think it could make for a good video to show the difference between full and slip on. I only have Yoshimura dual slip ons. Pretty much the opposite of this bike lol. It’s almost stock sound with a lil extra “bass” I ride 2 up with my girl hours at a time and don’t care for a loud exhaust. We use Bluetooth in our helmets to talk so we want to be able to hear each other without issues
to be honest Ryan i got my slip on too..I think we discussed on the yoshi video thread... its not much different from the stock at high rpm..it just has little more base at lower speeds when compared to stock. I will be fitting in the yoshi full system in the coming week. In india cops make a big deal for loud pipes.. I have got a sound insert (db killer) as well. Will keep you posted here :-)

@@arjunsridhar8009 Haha yeah man we did. Taking my bike to get tuned by Chris next week. Not really trying to make big power. Just want to make sure the bike is running as good and smooth as possible. It’s my long haul bike not race bike lol. Already have over 4k miles on it and loving it!

2022 hayabusa with ct meg exhaust single loudest?
Can we get some numbers? I just installed this and exhaust this past weekend. I'm just curious if there was a loss or gain in power. I know it's no performance exhaust or anything, just would be nice to see some dyno numbers 🤙🏽
I was thinking about this exhaust. Does yours feel like it lost power. A lot of people say this exhaust is just loud but no performance.
@fathertimenc I personally can't tell. I wish I got the bike dyno tested before and after to know for sure. It still seems to have the torque and I can still get the needle to hit 180 on a good day so I can't say the performance has changed BUT it sounds a whole of a lot better than stock and I can confidently say that. The quick shifter sounds disgusting when changing gears lol like a gunshot hahaha I love it. It's not bad for a pretty budget friendly exhaust. When I get it flashed and tuned I'll post the numbers on here!
@@IronBulldog69 I already ordered a Sprint air filter for mine. It will be probably tax time before I buy a exhaust for it. I know Brock’s is supposed to be one of the best. I have a M4 on my S1000RR I’m pretty happy with it but not sure what I want to go with yet.

Always gotta be that one person, who thinks everyone in the surrounding counties needs to know he's riding a motorcycle. Enjoy your lack of hearing ability when you get older. This means all the high frequency sounds you'll be deaf to, like beautiful birds and other things.
