Bro , all u need to do is toss a exterior mounted fuel regulator the plus about this is , ability to 1: adjust pressure to desired . 2: utilize a pressure Guage inline . 3: have a factory port for electronic fuel pressure Guage in digital read our on dash ...
I liked the way the rear suspension worked independently from each other. I would have loved a buggy like that when I was a kid. Nice work.
There’s no clickbait here, she certainly does have a bit of the get up and go. With the 26’s, she’ll run even quicker. Thanks for taking us along for the rides. God bless you all.
I was going to mention the belt and pulleys at 17:13 as the belt went so loose there.Something wasn't moving right.I thought lighter weights in the top, especially as you said you're putting bigger tires. You guys did a great job.
That thing sounds so sweet. Definately needs a little clutch tuning. And you really can’t tell how fast it is with all the POV shots. It would be nice if someone would take video of you riding it. Sweet project!
Sounds real good. Agree on the clutch tuning. If it were me, I'd delete that whole clutch and just run a straight chain drive, and experiment with different sprocket sizes.
You take the mundane and make it magnificent! I'm always blown away by your builds!
Good job, I had a good time with you. Thanks🥰🥰🥰
THAT CART SOUNDS NAAAASTIE! MINT JOB
Glad to see my stainless steel red beard faces are still around the shop
Looks like it moves pretty good. Lots of fun to be had. Thought the cog would be off with engine so high, but looks like another great build. 👍
I would add limit straps on the rear. If that shock let's go it will cost you an axle too
You should make this a shifter kart with the same engine.
Aubry is going to love driving that cart!
That thing rips
I think that’s one of your better buggy setups that I’ve seen. And it also has a nice exhaust sound. Great job on the build!
It looks like it might need a stronger spring on that bottom torque converter pulley
Love this build great job 👍💯
This is the build I've been waiting on. Need to build a belt box now.
That carb work was excellent knowledge my man. Frickin sweet build!! 😎
Red beard that gokart sounds like a beast
Great parts combo equals great results
came here from cars and cameras! love the channel
That cart looks like a great cart and lots of fun.
Awesome job. Red Beard does it right. 👍🏼
You know how I know we'd be friends? We both bought the knock off M12 big batteries.
bro that kart is sick..
It looks like your secondary clutch(lower pulley) spring needs to go to the next stiffer position witch will take care of that belt slacking out when operating. There’s multi positions when you take clutch off and pop snap ring off the clutch pops into two and then you’ll be able to see the spring and the spring positions. And it will hold the gear longer so it don’t max out. I agree it’s shift to easy/to quick. But position change will take care of it as the multi position holes are more then enough. Like if you put spring in stiffest position then it would not shift at all. So I’d try that before buying a spring. Rare to need to replace that spring
Seeing the closeups of the CVT made me wonder if you could, sometime in one of your builds could you discuss pros, cons and applications of using a CVT over a clutch or vise versa?
I'm an old fart who had a mini bike and go-cart looonnnggg time ago and they were clutch, so that's all I know.
Just a question... Is that battery an AGM or flooded type battery? If flooded it will eventually leak on everything under the vent port. If it is an AGM then there is nothing to worry about leaking. Excellent to see this build rolling and ripping.
It needs some clutch work for sure the primary needs weight taken out of it You can see it not coming all the way together when your at Max RPM that's probably out of a snowmobile which revs a lot higher RPM than that motor the second Needs index or stiffer Spring. You can get a different helix for the secondary To change how fast it shifts basically 1st gears your primary clutch an 2nd gear secondary clutch go watch some snowmobile clutch work videos .get the clutch right i bet you'll be real surprised. 👍
Red Beard's getting in the side by side business you should build side by side buggies
im full watching her my new friend nice drive boy stay safe allways and godbless
Love it!
Wow that’s a fast Gokart.
seems like it may need some clutch adjustments so it can rev out, but deff a sweet little buggy
Turned out great guys!!
Another SaWeet Build from RBG 🧔
Good build brother.
You could make a choke release for the stock choke I think. Not ideal but works.
Also I suggest moving the Jebus bar (grab handle) inward some, you’ll still crush your hand with it the way it is
Dudes that cart is sweet! I would legitimate like to buy it from you. I know you won’t but that’s how much I like it!
Very nice! Great video!
Man I'm using the new NOCO 14 group lithium battery with built in BTS, it's better than my Antigravity battery by far! $100 on Amazon and it's made in the USA
Thing sounds great
Great job looks good
Nice! 🤘🏻🤘🏻👍👍 When are you guys going to clear out some of those saplings?
brautiful content desrrve more likes and views💯🌟 im new friend her nice sharing my friend keep safe allways and godbless
Badass Buggy
Sweet! 😎
Another great video !
Sweet
Looks good 👍
Hey red beard can you do a video that focuses on the alignment of the polaris pvt system from pulley alignment to belt tension?
For some reason it is a subject that none of the builders touch on.
Lot faster then I thought
Sweet build Greg
It hauls booty! Now go haul some bounty like John Dillinger, lol.
34mm on a 625cc? You doing that for the age of the rider? Seems awfully restrictive. Looks like it gets up and goes but I wonder what a 46mm would do with that size engine. Sweet ride, dig the rear trailing arm stuff.
Also decel pop you’d say is rich not lean? I’d say you need to up jet
I cringed super hard watching you drive that pin out of the float stand on that carb.... I've watched a bunch of guys break the posts off doing it that way... I mean... You got it... And you obviously know what you're doing... I just always wedge those off using a pair of side cutters... Much safer.
That said... Awesome build! That thing looks like fun.
And the Polaris transmission looks like the way to go... Cheap and plentiful!
Really Cool
parts break down for the rear drive assembly.. Half shafts gear and rear drive with revearse plaese
Great video as always Red Beard! Why so much stick out on your tig torch? Should be no more than the diameter of your cup. God bless
I like welding that way. I can’t stand to have it barley poking out.
@@RedBeardsGarage check out the furick tig cups and gas lenses. They have a #12 they call the fupa that works really good for that much stick out 👍🏻
That edelbrock pump would be able to pump through a broken in tank pump yeah? Asking for a friend who is me!!
Really do t wanna drop my tank 😂
I need one
@Whoop!
I’m building something vary similar lol
Woo
Off subject but just curious if you got a team headed to the 24hr Lemini race February 5th in Jacksonville FL?
has anybody ever extended the pedals to allow for more leg room?
Woohoo nice
Hello red beards garage can you please get a Kandi golf cart?
@ 6:06 your using a thread insert tool. can we get a link to that tool. please ?
I will add it tonight sir
I can't wait to see the helmet comments lol!
Is that fitting just for a 34mm carb, or will it fit, say a 40 or 42?
34-44
Im sure its been asked but what model , year, polaris diff are you using to get hi,lo and reverse.
RBG Can you post on Rumble too? Leaving you tube
If a person did not have a cart and they just wanted to come to an event to observe, talk , and meet, is that welcomed ?
Yeah for sure. You just got to catch us at camp.
What type of battery do this buggies use?
😮😮😮
can you do a video of how to get a seized motor un siezed i cant find any good videos
Transmission fluid has always worked for me by letting it sit in the cylinder for a couple of days
K-1 kerosene & patients
Seems like that carb too small.
Does it work in aircraft applications?
Don't even try with aircraft unless you're on your death wish.
@@FarmerFpv yeah... As an aviator, I saw that warning on the carb. Made me laugh. 🛩️
I see you don't own a screwdriver lol giving bad habits to young folks good role model
Omg do not ever use a damb ball pin hammer on a brass carburetor piece no reasonvto ever hit anything with a hammer on or near ... what's wrong with this dude. Is he not a mechanical guy ? Is he a new diy type who's learning? Or just a bone head wrenching theory..
