    For those who are struggling to understand him:
    He's saying it's not hierarchy that causes unease its how we do hierarchy that causes unease.

    So hierarchy is not a bad thing, it's how the managents use the hierarchy that will determine the results. Awesome insights 👍👍

    Brilliant point. But cannot him speak a bit slower and softer? Sounds like a huge fight and anger. If slower and softer it would be much more effective in delivering the point!

    good content but Mr. Reitzig should work on lower speed, emphasis and pauses at the right times. He felt nervous and under pressure during the speach. I would recommend meditation and / or yoga
