    To think that we live in a world where we can watch and learn from this genius for free. I love TH-cam :)

      you're right, and to think there is someone like Joseph who provides this high quality education which costs him time and effort, for free. Much respect to this man

    Can't believe I'm here almost three years after the fact. No matter because knowledge is timeless. Thank you so much for sharing what you know Mr. Valtellini!

    love the videos, you have so many great drill ideas that go with each movement, and how u build them up with variations from the most basic drill to ways to make it more advanced.
    you gotta get a good video out on defense tho

    Great video as always if you could do a video on your stretching routine it would really help on working towards achieving the hip dexterity you have.

    Not sure if I'll get a response but I just binge watched your TH-cam training your Q&A your fighting tips and building hurting bombs!!! I totally enjoyed it!!! I appreciate that you are putting your knowledge out there and love of for the sport!! I also watched the Joe Rogan podcast on TH-cam live when you were on. You talked about stepping away from the sport due to a concussion, any follow up on if you will return to the competitive side of the sport. Plus I know you have covered the shin conditioning a couple times already,not to shin kick a dead horse😂😂 but after the Anderson Silvia and Tyron Spong shin break. Could you give a clearer and more informative answer on how not to break your shins. I know you love the low shin kicks plus you have that quick non pivot low kick. I would really like if you would talk about those breaks and the best angle to keep it from happening. Thank you!!!

    hey Joe thanks for another amazing video. Can you make a video on how to swtich thepower of your punches between one combo ? like throwing 1 2 easy level and an hard low kick ? When i throw a combo i throw everything with 100 percent and getting tired very fast...

    How about a pendulum style left kick?

    • @tylerm1053
      @tylerm1053 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      hey bruh love that kick, always felt like the switch kick was to telegraphed so I always went with the pendulum, his idea just to step out instead of switching completely is pretty nice tho
