I am so tired of poor comments on such nice things as a good dinner prepared in front of you. Great big kill joy. I think the cook is delightful and a good easy peasy meal that anyone could toss together. Can’t ruin pasta.
Absolutely delicious, and flexible. I made similar but also added celery and corn to it. A relatively cheap way to get a good, hearty meal. I would recommend crusty bread, or a few slices of a tiger loaf to accompany it 🙂
I think it's mostly self-bias. I'm also on a diet and after a week of 1000 calories or less a day, I treated myself to a burger and cheest fries. No regrets. Also, you don't HAVE to click the video, haha :D

I’ve been making a very similar dish for years. I also like to add fresh cherry tomatoes from my garden (before baking so they don’t cook into paste). Wonderful. Keep the content coming!

aside the delicious food, I would watch this for the asmr, so crunchy and satisfying with the sharp knife , the gentle sizzle of the food in the pan, the spaghetti noodles, the gentle bubbling of the boiling water... the music is even a perfect level... p.s. i think i recognize your chirping cockatiel in the background ?

Ahm if I could make a few suggestions, firstly I would have cooked the onions first and thereafter the garlic and finally the capsicum but not in butter and rather in extra virgin olive oil. Secondly, while using parmigiano reggiano or grana padano (Parmesan) is ok, an alternative could have been to used pecorino. i would have stopped at that stage and eaten the dish as it was. By baking it in the oven you killed the pasta (dried out the pasta) and then by adding the chedder and again baking it you overloaded the dish with too much cheese, which on top of the cream and butter was cholesterol overload and not good for one’s heart.
Seriously, you obviously can’t seem to recognise/accept constructive criticism. Maybe if you stop and think about the comments I made you might actually realise there was merit in this. Personally, would I cook this dish, no, to me it’s too dull. But hey each to their own.

I personally like our measurements, of course, I’m older. I wish they would list cups, tablespoons etc along side of metric
But they used cups several times throughout. The only time i saw grams used was at the beginning when it really didn't matter

Trust me, you want to bake it, and then again with the cheese sprinkled on top. It ends up turning out so much better! I highly recommend it!

Southern USA here and this recipe is very similar to chicken spaghetti. The only difference is you don't add the chicken and it is delicious.
