Can I just say that the camera work and editing on this channel is pure perfection. I could watch hours of just the intro, outro, and feature footage. The music complements the visuals so well and the slow-mo, especially of fireplaces and water features, is an absolute joy to watch. And of course I love Enes' easy-going style and detailed descriptions and the fun conversations between him and Mikey. Well done and congratulations to Enes, Mikey, and the entire team.
Most of the time the houses on this channel seem so far removed from any reality I could live, but THIS home feels like a home! It is my dream home! A beautiful blend of industrial and modern that enhances nature instead of overtaking it. In one of the most beautiful states! It feels homey, yet exciting!
@@Celisar1 Fair point. I mean building ANYTHING in nature is automatically not in harmony with it. More the design of the house enhances nature instead of overtaking it.
@@Celisar1 Technically, building ANYTHING in nature is automatically not in harmony with it. More the design of the house enhances nature instead of overtaking it.
Honestly. I have watched other channels who do similar videos. However, Enes and Mikey does an impeccable job showing the homes. Almost like you are there with them. Thank you guys.
I really love how the viewerbase of this channel keeps being super positive, appreciative and thankful for Enes' team's work and the fact he takes the time to get back to fans in the comments. Many channels and youtubers lose their original identity as they get popular, their viewers often get too negative, wanting new things or wanting the old stuff back, but not here. Every episode puts the bar even higher in terms of quality, infused with the ease and laid back, personal vibe that makes them so enjoyable to watch! Like others have said, so many channels try to imitate this atmosphere, with very little success. Please Enes, never change this format and vibe, it just keeps on giving!!!
I love every home in Utah that you have toured. I’ve watched other massive homes on your channel but I still find the homes in Utah as the best ones. Everything about those homes is beautiful and something about nature that makes the home even more beautiful, breathtaking, like you said Enes there are no words to describe them.
This mansion is absolutely majestic. The stonework, landscapes, waterscapes are wonderous. Favorite feature, the 6 fireplaces throughout the home are EVERYTHING! Favorite areas, the primary bedroom and bathroom, that tub! The office has a lofty vibe set for creating and expressing inspirational thoughts, the outside terrace and patio areas reveal the resounding views that are a forest of nature.....What an unforgettable site to behold. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for presenting a slice of peace on earth......
This house is absolutely stunning!!! I love how he makes his videos they never feel long because all the houses he tours are just amazing>> Thank youuu
There are so many wonderful features of this house. It really is an all seasons home. I'd love to see it in the winter too. Good job as always. I love Mikey's input. You two play off each other well.
Only 4 minutes in and already I can see it's worth the asking price. It's a huge home with complete privacy. This might be my fav house tour vid. Absolutely spectacular! If I won the lottery I would buy this house.
There is only a big problem for people with a normal income living and working there. Have a look at the situation in Bozeman, Montana, where normal people can't afford to rent a house or appartment. The average house price is 1 million $, new houses cost 4 to 5 million $. People who make 60,000 $ a year have to live in trailers or RVs. This is the dark side of "picking up".
I've looked at this house so many times on realtor. I really like how this house is not over the top with the amenities and finishes. It feels very cozy for a house this size. Utah has been showing out lately, can't wait for the Edwards CO, tours. Another great video.
My family often goes on drives through Park City just to look at the wonderful scenery and cozy houses. It's neat to think that this incredible home has been sitting just behind the trees and we never knew about it until this video. Keep up the good work Enes! The garden of this mansion is incredibly beautiful, it feels like being in the nature! The electronic fireplace and automated elevator are cool and convenient, I love them! The feature of each room is that it is easy to enjoy the outdoor view of the forest, the designer is really attentive! I support your suggestion that there should be a door next to the bathtub in that bathroom to allow people to walk outside, thanks for sharing! 👍🤩👏
I used to manage a nearby home. I took a walk through the trees one day and stumbled upon this house. The owner had an old (1940s-1950s) green pickup truck in the cantilevered garage. Enes is correct in the smell and feel of this area. It feels like you're camping. And this is more accessible to the city than the other PC homes he has toured. Great video.

And it's only possible when the people behind these contents can easily connect to us viewers, something Enes (and Mikey) can do naturally (and effectively in that matter); very far from other channels who give you that flamboyant vibe. The amazing b-rolls (not too fast nor slow), good music choice, and Enes' succinct explanation of details really show the profoundness of the architecturial designs. You and your team is a league of your own!! Thank you for this one. Cheers!

I've been watching your channel(s) for years. I love how you guys transitioned from Enes the real estate guy to Enes and Mike's Adventures. I love how we first see Enes as the slick corporate guy in suits to the cool LA wind-surfing dude. I also love how Mike captures Enes's personality on several occasions, and how they goof around. Love it also when Enes is laid back and relatable. If I ever make it to that 1% club, I would fly Enes to anywhere I'm buying because I would trust no one else - I trust your knowledge, your work ethics, and I feel that you open about the imperfections of a home and the compromise a buyer would have to make. Until then, I shall continue to watch the channel and drool. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Love the variations like you guys driving to a new place or viewing a construction site. Keep it up, Enes, Mike, and the rest of the team. Vouching for you non-stop!
Enes has definitely raised the bar when it comes to explaining home tours, he tours homes with a contractor perspective explaining the why!!! Behind the build and materials..
I just love you, Mikey and your team, you guys are really second to none, nobody can do this better. I have always loved the older homes, Victorian, Edwardian. Since finding your channel almost a year ago my appreciation for Modern homes and lifestyle has grown on me. I love the way you guys are staying humble, a lot of times when people get famous, they start to have creative differences or something goes wrong and they break up, thanks for staying humble and together. Love from NY.
This home is so stunning I love everything about it you guys should do more tours in Park City Utah I have absolutely no words for this home it is so gorgeous and so stunning and I love the yard and just everything about it
For me one of the cosiest houses on your channel. It gives you that Black Forest (Schwarzwald) feeling; since I went hiking a lot in the German Black Forest and the neighbouring French Vosges, I would pretty much feel at home in this place. Though living in the Mediterranean now, I still remember the pine tree smell very well. It's sooo relaxing.. And when you wake up in the morning you hear a symphony of birds and the water flows..
Another excellent tour! I love the more rustic feel of this home, both inside and out. The use of darker tones and soft fabrics really make it livable and those views! Simply amazing! Thanks for the great tour and Enes, your enthusiasm never seems forced or over exaggerated as I see all too often on other channels. Instead, it seems genuine and heartfelt. Keep up the good work, guys!
I absolutely loved this tour! Its my favourite one so far. You can tell that the architect put a lot of thought process and love while designing this home
Nobody does it like Enes & Mikey!!! I love all your tours, even though I sit here with my mouth open at all the beautiful interiors, it's but a dream to live somewhere like this, thank you so much for a wonderful walk-through!
Congratulations to whoever bought Monitor's Rest, it will always be the best, but this home really gives so much connection to the scenery and such a comfortable layout that I may be able to live without a bowling alley. 😸
This house is amazing! Just watching your beautiful video relaxed me. I can’t imagine what actually being there is like. As always, you two have knocked it out of the park!
This property is just too gorgeous. It doesn't have an over abundance of bedrooms but the floorplan is pretty huge. I think this home is in my top ten favorites. Love your videos Peace and love to you and your family 💜🧡💜🧡💜🧡
Wow! What an Amazing property equipped with all the favorite features of a massive super property. This ultra modern house with all around breathtaking views of the mountains, forest and water views of the different streams. This alone makes this property worthwhile, definitely stress free from any angle. All through the house built in enormous closet space ,comfortable bedrooms ,beautiful the kids bunk beds.So remarkable how the floating bridge connects to the main house and stream running underneath. Thanks ,for the tour of this Gorgeous house All Blessings to you Enes & the team Amen! 🙏❤🙏🤗
The architecture is amazing, the landscaping is something else. The view from the primary bathtub is so relaxing and peaceful. I could tell you were speechless a lot of times, LOL. What a beautiful home. Thank you for showcasing it.
Absolutely amazing property !! Every time I think I've seen my favourite property on this channel, the next video is released and I have a new favourite 🤣😂 For the record THIS is my favourite property!!!
Yet another fantastic video! You and your team never fail to inform and mesmerize. I, personally would have screens on the windows and screen doors installed, so I could let the fresh air inside, but keep all the wildlife out. I'd probably keep the pool covered until I'm ready to use it, to keep any curious flora and fauna out of it, as well. Nicely done, once again! Keep up the great work!
Beautiful house. What I found interesting was that I own a lot of the pieces of furniture in that home. My one friend has a similar waterfall situation going around his house and it's actually hindering his sale because of how much work it takes to take care of it, his is actually more elaborate flowing into a big pond which is connected to another even bigger pond via a curved bridge. I did my time having a huge house with elaborate yards that needed to be constantly maintained and I never want that ever again 👋
You guy's are unparalleled in production, tour's and presentation quality. I've been a subscriber for about a year now and EVERY tour you have done and brought to YT is superb. Setting the standard for others is a high bar for them to meet or beat. Shout out to Mikey and the rest of your crew. They make you look GOOD Enes even though you do that well on your own 😉. This property is absolutely STUNNING and it being located in the middle of the forest adds to it's beauty and tranquility. If I ever hit the lottery (yeah right) this would be my 1st major purchase or one identical to this or the one you brought us in Lake Tahoe on the lakeshore. I'm from Tahoe and have enjoyed the mountains surrounding the lake for decades. This mansion in Park City is a very close second to the lakeshore property. Oh btw, I'm a 2 dishwasher lover as well. 😉
This might be my favorite house so far. The way nature is integrated is so nice. It seems like they nailed the inspiration of the Fallingwater estate so nicely. Beautiful.
This is by far my favorite house! Amazing!!! I would like to know your favorite top 5 houses that you toured! Maybe you can tell us in a future video. Congrats to you and your team for another amazing video! :D
Just the best channel of real estate tour channel, your voice, your explanation, your passion and your talent to explain all of informations of houses and talent of cameraman, music... simply the best channel thats all, thanks you for all contents and, hi from france
I love your videos in my home state! The beauty of Utah truly is unrivaled. Great work as always. My favorite Utah property you showed was the Off the Grid self sustained home.
Watched a long time and this is hands down my fav and only mega mansion id want to live in. More home, less museum. And you guys keep raising the bar on production quality. Love the tracks.
I would definitely enjoy every minute living there ♥ It's absolutely magical. I would do yoga out by that water feature for sure, or meditate. Plenty of rooms for guests/family too!!!
the architects and designers knocked this one out of the park. the contrast between the natural environment and the modern design complement each other. the furnishings feel cozy, designed for function and not pretentious with all the natural wood and earth tones....it looks homey, rustic yet elegant all at the same time. what a beautiful property as a side note the cantilevered garage bay totally reminded me of Ferris Buellers Day Off when the lads sent Cameron's dad's Ferrari through the window.
This is one of my favourite episodes. I always look forward to seeing houses of similar architectural styles. I particularly relished the tours you did in Las Vegas and Arizona if I'm not mistaken. I think the architectural styles in those regions are truly satisfying to the eye and not just to the eye but also to the Senses and imagination of how complete one would possibly feel living in one of those houses. I get the same excitement watching this tour. Have you guys considered touring homes designed and built by Drewett Works?.
Always looking forward for every new video every Monday. I'm so glad to say that I started watching this channel when it was just starting with a handful subscribers. But I continued watching it as it slowly picked up more followers and upgraded houses grew more and more from a few million to a hundred and more millions of dollars. Congratulations enes.. You are a good man and you deserve to be where u are now. ✌️👍🌟🌟🌟
This is perhaps the best video you have made (that I have seen - I have not seen all of your videos). And also this house is probably the house I like best out of your tours that I have seen. I could easily see my self living in these surroundings - these natural surroundings speaks so well to me. Congrats to you for this excellent video and congrats to the developer and builders team, architects etc. for creating a perfect result. You could probably allways find things that could have been done a little better, like Enes and Mike's suggestions around the freestanding tub. Simply awesome!!
Wow, what scenery. I haven’t been to Utah in probably 50 years. Incredible house, would love to just sit and watch the beautiful nature. Love the trees, we’re on 12 acres with one tree. Glad you mentioned Falling Waters, I am a Frank Lloyd Wright fan.
This is HEAVEN on earth !!! There is something very special about ocean 🌊 view homes showcased on this TH-cam channel, BUT … this is where I would love to live, if I could afford it of course. Thanks so much for this special tour Enes & Mike !!! A+++
Hey Enes, Please tour this property later in winter if you can like you guys did with the lake tahoe property. Would love to see the property surrounded in white
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now but this one might just be the coolest so far. It’s stunning and isn’t overdone with features no one really needs in a home. Amazing house and another amazing tour. The original and still the best for in depth, quality tours
Amazing house ! I live maybe 65 miles from Park City. It was a small little ski town in 1988 when I moved here. It's blown up to a huge ski resort town ! Mega restaurants everywhere on Main St. Park City held alot of events in 2002 of the Utah Winter Olympics . It's tripled in size since 1988.I can't believe how much it's changed there. There are many small homes on the hills around main Street. Park City is a must visit even if you don't ski they have alot of activities to do in the spring , summer and fall is beautiful! Thanks for showing us this amazing home. 👏
If that smell of wood burning reminds you of the mountains i beg of you to come to South Africa and have a braai AKA BBQ or what ever you call it and you'll smell it everywhere Please come to South Africa for a house tour
This home is a townhouse compared to one under construction currently. It’s estimated to be in the 100 million range and is built into the side of one of the mountains and is multiple levels beneath the ground, like at least 7.
The best videos ever....Enes is the best at showcasing these homes...the quality of the videos is beyond comparison to anyones ...Enes just has got this down and I love it....great job to you and your crew....
Thank you so much for doing what you do! I do have one general question, though -- have you guys considered uploading videos in 60fps? Or even just 45+? Every now and then I try to find a channel that does what you do as well as you do. I've had no luck so far, but one of the channels I found shot their videos in 60fps; it really elevated the experience. Is that a possibility for your channel? Whatever the case, this is my favorite channel across all of TH-cam. Please keep it up!
This is the most incredible home I've ever seen. I'll dream about this place when I go to bed tonight. Now if I could only figure out how to make enough money to afford this.
One of my favourite things about this house is how the entire master ensuite is on its own private wing. That bath tub would definitely be my favourite chill out spot. Also having the floors and the patios heated is a very cool and useful thing. Am I the only one who got an industrial color tone feeling from the house' exterior look? Which I really like by the way, not forgetting the water features and trees. It's very tranquil.
Not my favorite house (way too many textures and feels overpriced) but, as ever, Enes and Mikey did a brilliant job. Really engaging, super well-shot, fantastic pacing. They remind us every week why they’re the gold standard for real estate channels.
WAY overpriced IMO. And nothing really made me go 'wow'. Most of the cabinets, dressers and you name it... was either black or super dark wood which for a home in an area like that, you'd kind of think they'd use more natural wood and colors etc. And the yard was like non existent lol. Pool... and a 4 foot strip of actual yard. For the price you'd think the house was in like Beverly Hills CA.
It’s all personal taste. I get why somebody might not like it, but when you consider the lot, the nature, and the house, it’s legit one of my favorite properties I’ve seen in a while. Not everything is for everyone ✌️

This property is just too gorgeous. It doesn't have an over abundance of bedrooms but the floorplan is pretty huge. I think this home is in my top ten favorites. Love your videos Peace and love to you and your family 💜🧡💜🧡💜🧡
自然と融合してて落ち着く物件😌𓂃𓂂🍃

Amen! 🙏❤🙏🤗
The architecture is amazing, the landscaping is something else. The view from the primary bathtub is so relaxing and peaceful. I could tell you were speechless a lot of times, LOL. What a beautiful home. Thank you for showcasing it.
Brilliant home, host, and production. Such a treat watching you guys perfect your craft over the years. Can't wait to see where you go next!
thank you, Ian! more to come!

Living above these waterfalls / features ... just 110% my jam!!
I'm not a skier but I love this house.
I did my time having a huge house with elaborate yards that needed to be constantly maintained and I never want that ever again 👋
oh cool! thanks for sharing that with us!
These multimillionaires have staff to do all the work.
What a life!
Wow. You know you're doing great when you have not a single dislike on your videos. Congrats guys.
i'm honored! thank you for the support!
I would say this this house has a real Natural, Organic and rustic feel to it somewhat.
This has got to be the most beautiful houses that y'all have ever toured. I'm in love with it. Hats off to another great review.
So far I love the properties from Utah and Montana, a perfect mix of luxury and nature. And again, the production on your videos is just amazing.
Thank you very much! 🙏🏻
I LOVE THIS HOME. Probably in my top 5. 😍
Thank you so much Trey! Appreciate all your compliments
Thank you! Our best wishes to France!
I love your videos in my home state! The beauty of Utah truly is unrivaled. Great work as always.
My favorite Utah property you showed was the Off the Grid self sustained home.
Awesome! Thanks!
@@EnesYilmazer I can't wait to see you guys skiing! I'll keep an eye out!
A beautiful life. It can become a reality for everyone.
Not even 2 Minutes into this and This seems so relaxing 😌
Nice! hope you enjoy!
Once again another awesome Tour From Enes And His Awesome Hard Working Team. You Guys Rock.
thank you, Josh! hope you enjoy!
I loved the fact that this interview was a little more chill, yall laughed more and seemed like you enjoyed it better
Enes is a king when it comes to house tours
This is perhaps the best video you have made (that I have seen - I have not seen all of your videos). And also this house is probably the house I like best out of your tours that I have seen. I could easily see my self living in these surroundings - these natural surroundings speaks so well to me. Congrats to you for this excellent video and congrats to the developer and builders team, architects etc. for creating a perfect result. You could probably allways find things that could have been done a little better, like Enes and Mike's suggestions around the freestanding tub. Simply awesome!!
The water features are definitely the selling points for sure! Amazing! 👍🏾😁👍🏾
Most definitely!
A+++
well said! it's our pleasure!
loving the beard Enes!
Hey Enes, Please tour this property later in winter if you can like you guys did with the lake tahoe property. Would love to see the property surrounded in white
thanks bud! I'll see what I can do!
By far my favorite home you all
Have featured. Wow.
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now but this one might just be the coolest so far. It’s stunning and isn’t overdone with features no one really needs in a home. Amazing house and another amazing tour.
The original and still the best for in depth, quality tours
I’m early :) I love these videos and how Enes explains so detailed everything. This home seems beautiful ✨
Such an incredible video. This is so phenomenal house. You're doing such an amazing job! I love watching your videos. 😍😍
This a house you never want to leave. A lot of Zen and peace
If that smell of wood burning reminds you of the mountains i beg of you to come to South Africa and have a braai AKA BBQ or what ever you call it and you'll smell it everywhere
Please come to South Africa for a house tour
I think they'd be quite astonished to see the properties we've got in South Africa.
@@andrelagrange212 Yes they would be
Best house I've ever seen so far hands down...who needs los angels?
This home is a townhouse compared to one under construction currently. It’s estimated to be in the 100 million range and is built into the side of one of the mountains and is multiple levels beneath the ground, like at least 7.
Cool
tell us more about the house you mentioned. please share links. thank you.
Look on enes channel 100 mill aspen
This place was unreal!! Enes and Mikey filming from heaven.
Agree. The dark colors are very depressing
It’s all personal taste. I get why somebody might not like it, but when you consider the lot, the nature, and the house, it’s legit one of my favorite properties I’ve seen in a while. Not everything is for everyone ✌️
Interesting. I love all those textures and materials.
@@bharrisn 100%! I’m sure this is a lot of people’s ideal palate, especially for a site like this. Just not my cup of tea 😊
So lovely, both the house and the presentation. God bless you Enes and the whole team. You guys are awesome
