Man the dedication and the efforts that has gone in building this base is insane and massive, considering u did it in vanilla and hard mode sounds so surreal. Not really sure if u did it alone cuz it would've taken ages to do. I did watch all the way thru and stayed put. I bought the game recently (ik im late) but i wanted to dinish the story so bad and fast that i didnt focused too much on building after seeing your base i might make a good base but the efforts are just too much for me. Loved seeing your base! Keep up the good work.

Hey thanks for the kind words friend :D Glad people are still getting into this game, its 100 percent one of my favorite titles. To answer your question I started building only for survival at first, once I had my camp done I found ways to innovate it and make it not only more efficient but more beautiful as well. Start small, don't focus on the end goal focus on each build until you are satisfied with it. Then move on :D Hopefully this helps and I hope you have a good day and a happy holiday season! Cheers!

I love survival games . Getting this today and starting my journey. Finished subnautica and few other survival games. Overall fun times. Love your base. Why dont you put zipline from top of flying tower to your house? instead of using stairs to go down.
i’ve played the forest causally for fun and with friends, they beat the game before and had no interest in doing it again, i was new to the game and i don’t really know how to beat it other than going in the caves and i know some of the ending, is there any reason why you didn’t build near the plane or chose a far away building location? should i not build near the plane?
well building near the plane early on can be a bit rough ig cause they come check it out alot. But other than that there is alot that goes into picking your favorite base location. I have a video on my favorite places to build! :D

Great tour. I'm curious about 1 thing, if you build a wall around the main canibal village, are they spawning inside? Does it work like a prison for them?
I typically just play the game with destruction off because of how much i tend to build it would be alot of upkeep to be honest, but when i did normally just used defensive walls, with some traps and maybe some spikes. Do what you feel you need. Some areas of the game have less cannibal foot trafic than others and you dont need too much defenses. Where as other areas you will always be under attack (like beaches).
Do you have regenerating trees in this one? Cause i feel like if I tried to build this amount of buildings, the peninsula would end up looking like a parking lot lol
You just have to put down a trophy display it costs one stick, then you just have to chop off the head of the creature you want and put it on the armor stand. Sorry for such a late reply I have been busy! I might actually make a tutorial on this now to show it as well. I hope you already figured it out, but if not hopefully this helped. Yeah I went back over and over to get extras for when people respawn or joined in our world. I just made ziplines to get around faster.
