I found you searching for reviews for Light In The Box… but the red sole trademark sparked my interest more and looked it up out of curiosity. They were released in 1992, but didn’t file for trademark until 2012 when a Dutch company started selling red sole shoes. They lost because you can’t trademark color, but they kept fighting it and finally won in 2018 when the The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg ruled in their favor and trademarked their color red, which is Pantone 18 1663TP! Thanks for that fun little bit of research you sent me on!!
i went trough a bunch of the site and added many beautiful pieces of clothing to my favorites for future purchase, but with how poorly the site is rated and all the negative comments here then ill just not buy anything from light in the box. Its a real shame cause there were so many nice clothes and i have no idea where else to get anything like that.
I emailed Light In The Box to do a return. Most of the clothes that I received did not resemble the clothes in the pictures. The clothes in the pictures, show the clothes looking form fitting, rather than loose. Most of the pants, shorts, and shirts I ordered were not form fitting, nor did they resemble anything close to what the pictures showed. They responded back to me with several suggestions. Below is my response back to them. I am currently waiting to hear back from them. With that being said, your suggestions are unacceptable and an insult. You mentioned that I would have to pay the return postage, when in fact, this is clearly a mistake made by your company, with the pictures being different from many of the clothes I received. This is UNACCEPTABLE and an INSULT You suggesting that I keep the clothes that I clearly do not want is also UNACCEPTABLE and an INSULT. Your suggestion of keeping the 24 items with a refund of 30% of the product’s value is also UNACCEPTABLE and an INSULT. Your suggestion of keeping the 24 items and receive a reward of 40% of the product’s value is definitely UNACCEPTABLE and an INSULT. I do not ever plan on using your company ever again based on your suggestions, as your suggestions and the way you and your company, Light In The Box, do business is not a Win-Win. Everyone of your suggestions has me losing a minimum of 50-70% of my money. As far as I am concerned, the way you and your company, Light In The Box, do business is a SCAM. My purchase of your company’s clothes has been a huge disappointment. I have saved up my money over the course of 6 months to purchase these clothes for my work. To end up losing 50-70% of my money because of you and your company’s shady & faulty business practices, is not the way I usually invest my money. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and an INSULT. I will be looking to report your company, Light In The Box, to the proper Authority. Any reviews I give to any of the clothes I wish to return will receive a negative review. I will also write a negative review about Light In The Box. Here is my suggestion to you and your company, Light In The Box. Refund my money 100% and pay for the postage and shipping since this is the fault of Light In The Box. Since I have paid for the postage and shipping to have the clothes delivered, you and Light In The Box need to pay postage and shipping for the return of the clothes. Light in the box is a scam of a shop, I ordered a golden long dress and I received a very ugly dress with a very thick material, shorter that the one on the pic. The pair of shoes were so bad, I m still very upset. They advertise what they don't sell. I hate them.
I learned my lesson ordering from some of these scam sites claiming designer shoes and fashions from Europe come to find out all is coming from China, and it's usually crap, knock offs, or has to be tailored to fit properly. Try returning the items, good luck getting a response or your money back.
The clothes are complete trash . They're nothing but scammers. Clothes look nothing like the photo advertised and it's impossible to make any returns. They should be avoided at all costs
DON’T BUY FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX!! Their clothes are garbage, and the size is absolutely never correct! The cloths come from the sweatshops in China and the quality reflects this. Don’t take my word for it, do the research!! Anyone who gives this company anything but a poor review should be ashamed of themselves.

I've ordered from light in the box numerous times. Amazing quality. When it says processing. It depends if it's in stock. When you look into the processing time. Click into it ..it's in stock or it needs to be transfer from a warehouse. Could take processing longer. There trying to get it for you. If they can't they will send you a email or message into your account. If it says 24 hr processing you click in and if it's in stocks it is shipped in 24. It took me a lil to figure it out. Now I get it. Product preparing is getting it for you. Warehouse transferring is exactly what it says. I'm very pleased with them and there communication to me. I will continue ordering from them. But just keep in mind. When you order first see it's in stock under 24 hr processing. If you don't see your size they do try to locate it. That's where expedited shipping comes in. They walk you through every step. When I was confused I contacted them asking customer service a question. Excellent getting back to me that's when I understood how they do things. Now I'm patient because I know they do there job well. Everything I have received has been amazing quality. I've ordered not only clothes but men's gifts, purses. And more.. give them a chance it's international..
Hi, No I didn’t have to pay any tax on the import, I think because the total order amount was under the threshold, I think if your order value is over a certain amount, then you would pay the import tax, not entirely sure what that amount is though!

For thr shoes thats to small you can buy a shoe stretcher they use to be made of wood and it goes in the shoe for 24 hours and you should be good to go with the shoe stretcher you can stretch it by half sizes but if im remembering correctly you can also stretch by whole size. Also the shoe stretcher were inexpensive and can be used for years on any shoe you feel needs a little more room... Shoes are very pretty good choice of shoes love them and they looked great on...Trump
This is the worst experience that ever had not only the delivery took forever and those 2 dresses were ugly as ugly can be. One was even not the right size too large. The material we can't even talk about it
Hello, I still have not received any answer regarding my request for a refund. You may remember, my item was not leather as advertised and it was 3 sizes smaller than an XXL. I also can't see where my one-star review has been place. Amazingly, all the reviews for the item are 5 stars. Anyway, please issue me with a full refund forthwith.

I bought the bright tops with 3d images...spirals etc. But the colours were not as bright when they turned up.
