The picture rarely matches the actual dress. I suspect they make an expensive dress for the website picture and then recreates your dress much more cheaply.

For thr shoes thats to small you can buy a shoe stretcher they use to be made of wood and it goes in the shoe for 24 hours and you should be good to go with the shoe stretcher you can stretch it by half sizes but if im remembering correctly you can also stretch by whole size. Also the shoe stretcher were inexpensive and can be used for years on any shoe you feel needs a little more room... Shoes are very pretty good choice of shoes love them and they looked great on...Trump

I learned my lesson ordering from some of these scam sites claiming designer shoes and fashions from Europe come to find out all is coming from China, and it's usually crap, knock offs, or has to be tailored to fit properly. Try returning the items, good luck getting a response or your money back.

You are so stunning, your wedding photos must have turned out to be gorgeous. I cant imagine why the company would not get their size guide correct, makes no sense to me. It would save so much heartache. I agree with a company saying they dont want people buying things just to try them on then returning them, that is abusive, but because the size guide is wrong then thats not the customers fault.

For people purchasing wedding dresses, even if you purchase it through a website like this and it doesn't fit, you can always get it altered, as what you would have to do if you purchased a wedding dress in store. If you choose a dress size instead of getting it custom size they have to make it long enough for tall girls and big enough in the bust for big breasted girls so those things always need to be altered no matter where you buy from if you don't get custom size and those alterations in wedding dresses can be $300-400, I haven't ordered yet but from reviews that people custom size their dress they didn't have to get any alterations which is a hug savings for wedding dresses

The clothes are complete trash . They're nothing but scammers. Clothes look nothing like the photo advertised and it's impossible to make any returns. They should be avoided at all costs

SCAM! April 6th 2023 ordered 107.13$ I've received NOTHING & CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE SCAM.

This is the worst experience that ever had not only the delivery took forever and those 2 dresses were ugly as ugly can be. One was even not the right size too large. The material we can't even talk about it

This company is a cheater and scammer. Simple. Keep away from this snake company. 1. They send you any thing they have and goods are far away from what they npromise. 2. If you have to return the goods..it will cost you a lot more than the goods orginally prices. 3. To me theys end a inferios watch..but with no senders address on it. IT means..i did not know who the hell sent it. 4. later they claimed money via collectors. Stay away from these snakes.. They will bit you venom.

I don't recommend you to buy things from « Light in the box » because this company is dishonest, they don't inform consumers about hidden charges, they send damaged products or items with wrong size and then they don’t provide you the return label and you have to pay the postage fees which are very expensive (around $150). the products are of poor quality and do not look like the picture (they use a lot of photoshop to attract the costumers) Also, I had to pay the $58 customs taxes despite the fact that I paid to seller for the additional insurance to avoid these customs taxes. The seller promised me to refund me $58 accordingly their policy, but he didn’t. The customer service is bad. So, when you buy from the Light in the box you have to pay additional fees: postage fee, shipping insurance, Duty and tax insurance, Duty taxe and returning postage fees if you have to return faulty or damaged items , in total 2-3 times more than the advertised price . Also, the seller is offering the Warranty, buy there’s no Warranty. The Light in the box It’s a big SCAM!!! They should be named “Junk in the box “. It was my 1st and last time I bought from this company. I’m so so disappointed.
