The hoodies aren’t made of cotton so they are going to shrink in the dryer lol so you MUST get a size up for your actual size and it says that you’ll get your order in 4-7 business days my order came in 15 days which was 8 days late and the shipping cost is insane when it comes to getting hoodies because its nearly the half the cost of the hoodie. The hoodie I ordered was $24.14 and shipping was $11.01 and that’s a lot considering it was suppose to come in 4-7 business days.
Well I've ordered a flying jacket a British flag Union Jack t-shirt And a Harry potter themed hoodie And all my products have came on time They don't shrink in a cool wash I don't use a dryer I just hang them on a clothes horse next to the radiator and then go to bed and when I wake up the next morning it's dry and it hasn't shrunk and now the summer's wethers up on us you can do all of your washing and just put them on a clothes horse and when you get up the next morning they will be all dry including jeans and I will recommend this company to anybody 😃

Do you realize the problems you are causing for honest Chinese businesses? You're giving them a bad reputation. Stop being a greedy lying pos, then people will trust you. Simple as that.

Try not to buy items that don't have any customer reviews and be wary about the quality of your items. Also this website, like many others, most likely does not produce their clothing ethically, which is something that may be important for you to know before buying. Thank you for your honest review. I found 2 bathing suits I wanted to order. Because this company is from Asia, I was concerned about the quality. You have answered my concerns. And yes, when clothes are made in Asia, the sizes are always smaller. You should always go one size up.

No cause I bought led lights like before they were missing a piece and I got another while my mom was returning now I wasted 80+ on this she knows how to return and get it back but they will literally like cancel her card and she will have to get a new card in the mail she can get all her money back but it’s taking a fat minuet 😭
Ok, hopefully this can shed a little light on some things. Since this company is based out of Asia, the sizing will be different. I normally wear an XL in most tops and when I order sweatshirts for my favorite kpop groups, I order an XXL and it fits fine. If sizing charts are available, definitely look at those because they will have the specific measurements for each size. Another thing you have to realize is international shipping will take a lot longer if you want it free. For example, when I ordered the BTS Wings album, I got free shipping because of Amazon Prime, but I got it about five weeks later. So, if you want something quickly from one of these Asian based companies, you'll have to shell out more money. So far everything I've ordered from any Asian companies has been exactly what I saw in the picture and it came by the correct date. Last little tidbit, you can't always expect products to look like the picture, although I've been lucky with that. Companies always stage products to make them look their best, just like the food in fast food ads looks nothing like what you actually buy. Hopefully this helps .
I've been buying for around 4 mons now. Variety of items. Quality of clothes have been amazing. This is international.. it's from a different sizing area. Look at the sizing stats which is what I did. Had no issues.

Where are the clothes shipped from? I am in USA.. I could not find a phone number to call them to talk to someone. I am looking for one of their sweatshirts that has pictures of dogs or cats. I was trying to see if they have a t-shirt or sweatshirt with a picture of a Yorkshire Terrior dog on the front of shirt. It would be a gift for my friend. She wears a medium to large in sweatshirts but wonder if the large would be better. I couldn't seem to find that dog on their website of sweatshirts but maybe I didn't look it up correctly. They ship from china.The company advertises on several forums. Like amazon ebay etc. But they ship from china.And if your not satisfied you can Pay to send it back,or they give you coupon to shop for on their page. It's a win win for them.And a loose for us customers

Not sure if you will still see this but saying it anyway. Don't buy from them. It's, like already said, a hit or miss. If it's hit, you still have a high chance that the product u ordered is not what it said it was. If it will miss, they will not help you at all, or will make you go through a lot of trouble

Don't buy from this nasty seller. They will keep sending you the annoying emails until you ban them. Unsubscribe is never working. The shipping is extremely slow like more than a month. If you don't trust me you can try. Good luck!

At the time of this video I didn't have my own credit card and I used my mom's paypal (with her permission of course) which was linked to her credit card. She did not experience any odd transactions though. And I'm not from Colorado haha I'm actually from New York.

In defense of LITB (and I'm a "verified purchaser"--twice now I guess): Sometimes items are sent on the classic "slow boat from China," made all the more slow now for two reasons: Covid-19 (which often leads to a disclaimer--please allow additional time due to the virus, etc)...and the much more problematic CCP takeover of Hong Kong. The CCP literally killed the goose that laid the golden egg when they took over Hong Kong, as that city and its retailers were THE gateway to the US. No longer, so almost anything that is made in China can now take many more weeks, if not months, to arrive. I don't lay these problems at the doors of most US retailers who source from China, particularly the smaller ones like Lite In the Box. They usually can't order ahead of time from China and then keep items in stock here in the US--to do that is very costly, and it's only huge retailers like Amazon and Walmart which can do that regularly. And these days even they often don't: At Amazon, for example, items that are often described as "In Stock" or "In Stock--only 14 left" simply means they are in stock at a warehouse somewhere in China. There may or may not be 14 left--how could you tell without going there to look? With Amazon, the best way to see if the item is actually IN the US at all is to check the expected delivery date. If they say it will arrive in two, three, four or five days, that usually means the item is in the US already, but if they give you an expected delivery window a month out or more...and it's often months out now...it means it's sitting somewhere in China, or is expected to be manufactured soon somewhere in China. Again: How can you actually tell without going to China to have a look? As I said elsewhere, my own experiences (two now) ordering from LITB have been good--they seem to be making the best of a worsening international trade situation--but yours may vary.

Dont really agree with you about the free shipping complaint. 10 to 20 day is really not that long especially if they ship it for free to another counrty.

Your not the only review I have seen and the clothes are thin. Even some people that ordered bags said they were leather and they are plastic. IF you buy on ebay you can get your money back. I heard you have to ask them for pics of the REAL ITEM before you purchase .. try aliexpress. I haven't ordered there but others have and they get nice stuff. Cheap.

buffalo soldier I have to tell u this though , I was really mad at them, sent messages via instagram, telling them they cant eat my hard earned money, that karma will come back to them , I told them I am in texas in america and that if they know anyone who ordered from texas, they should send their stuff, that's me, I had actually given up and was about to buy new things fir xmas, on the 21st night I saw my stuff at my doorstep, I was shocked, to be honest, maybe u should send messages to them too telling them how bad u feel.
I have had nothing but problems with LightInTheBox. The item did NOT look like the picture and the quality was so poor the clothing item wouldn't make a good shop rag. THEN they refuse to give a complete refund unless you return the item to CHINA. My item came to me from New York, but they won't allow me to return the item to the original sender. I would NEVER order anything from them again.
The sizes mean absolutely noting. They just change the size labels to meet the order. I spent $130 and got ripped off big time. I wanted to return them and they told me to sell the shirts or give them away. I ordered two medium shirts the first time they came in and were skin tight smalls. So on the $130 order of (7) shirts I ordered large size hoping they would fit better. They were HUGE SO MUCH SO THT I COULD FIT TWO OF ME IN ONE. ha ha ha These people are scam artists of the highest order. The size is a crap shoot at best. They just change the labels to what ever they have in stock and send it to you. I would never by from them again. They never live up to anything they say. NEVER!
Hello, I still have not received any answer regarding my request for a refund. You may remember, my item was not leather as advertised and it was 3 sizes smaller than an XXL. I also can't see where my one-star review has been place. Amazingly, all the reviews for the item are 5 stars. Anyway, please issue me with a full refund forthwith.
My boyfriend got me a pair of boots. The size seven was supposed to be in USA size it turned out to be Chinese size and crappy flat almost cardboard shoes we were both very upset because the reviews were saying everything was wonderful but the bomber jacket was crap the trench coat and jacket sent to his parents also bullshit as well. If you have to go to several malls to find what you need/want do that. These people are a absolute rip off. They don't make stuff to fit the average women. Even when you give them the size. Keep your money and your sanity! Realize no refunds only credit to buy something else from them. Couldn't get the dress any further than my breast/ waistline. I wear a 10 the lower half of the dress was a 4, 6 maybe even a 2. The split was high enough to see my cheeks if I had been able to get it on. Your credit card company is no help either, weakest link! 😢 KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! This company is an absolute RIP OFF. I had to buy a off the rack dress for $295 to attend my event. Would not recommend this site. They claim you order once it is placed is sewn at that time. The fabrics are cheap, it is made in China, where I am certain they have a warehouse of the items you order. It is next to impossible to return anything. DO NOT utilize their acclaimed services.
Gonna copy/paste my comment from another video lol. Bought 3 things, first order came in and it wasn't what was stated in the specifications or the product. Asked about it on the site and my ticket was closed with a default copy/paste answer. The support button also disappeared for that product because 'it's solved'. So I asked for a refund and to cancel my other 2 orders on their facebook and told them that I never wanted to deal with them ever again. Got a message back after a couple of hours saying 'As you wish'. Got blocked, didn't get my money back and the other 2 orders weren't as specified either. At least I found someone else who wanted to buy them from me xD. But Lightinthebox is just a shitty company.

There is nothing you can do to make up for this, as to this day, I see the same thing happening on the site. I have no order number anymore. I have no orders attached to my account anymore.
The big problem is you must be very careful and read everything!!! The items look very nice but it it is deceiving! A top may look like linen with embroidery, it is really polyester with printed design! Cheap is cheap and thats the fact! Also this "fast Fashion" may be created by children or people in very bad circumstances.

You might start with putting the actual picture of the product you are selling on the website instead of lying to people. Do you realize the problems you are causing for honest Chinese businesses? All the reviews are under very made up names, either anonymous or repeated names which sound very asian/common. All the reviews are very similar too!!

Ok, hopefully this can shed a little light on some things. Since this company is based out of Asia, the sizing will be different. I normally wear an XL in most tops and when I order sweatshirts for my favorite kpop groups, I order an XXL and it fits fine. If sizing charts are available, definitely look at those because they will have the specific measurements for each size. Another thing you have to realize is international shipping will take a lot longer if you want it free. For example, when I ordered the BTS Wings album, I got free shipping because of Amazon Prime, but I got it about five weeks later. So, if you want something quickly from one of these Asian based companies, you'll have to shell out more money. So far everything I've ordered from any Asian companies has been exactly what I saw in the picture and it came by the correct date. Last little tidbit, you can't always expect products to look like the picture, although I've been lucky with that. Companies always stage products to make them look their best, just like the food in fast food ads looks nothing like what you actually buy. Hopefully this helps .

I've been buying for around 4 mons now. Variety of items. Quality of clothes have been amazing. This is international.. it's from a different sizing area. Look at the sizing stats which is what I did. Had no issues.

They ship from china.The company advertises on several forums. Like amazon ebay etc. But they ship from china.And if your not satisfied you can Pay to send it back,or they give you coupon to shop for on their page. It's a win win for them.And a loose for us customers

since the video is a bit old, did you try ordering again from them? was the experience satisfactory?
regarding sizing, you said that you need to order at least one size up, is that after measuring yourself with their measuring charts? and is that applicable to shoes as well? cuz IDK about shoes.. the differing types of measurements on the shoe chart fits with one another... I mean, 42 EU, for example, is 10.5 US... so, should I increase the size after measuring them or what?
sorry for making this such a long read, but I'm not gonna spend 200+$ with doubts in my heart especially here in Jerusalem, where everything arrives late and the chance of losing orders are pretty high!

Don't buy from them. It's, like already said, a hit or miss. If it's hit, you still have a high chance that the product u ordered is not what it said it was. If it will miss, they will not help you at all, or will make you go through a lot of trouble

At the time of this video I didn't have my own credit card and I used my mom's paypal (with her permission of course) which was linked to her credit card. She did not experience any odd transactions though. And I'm not from Colorado haha I'm actually from New York.

In defense of LITB (and I'm a "verified purchaser"--twice now I guess): Sometimes items are sent on the classic "slow boat from China," made all the more slow now for two reasons: Covid-19 (which often leads to a disclaimer--please allow additional time due to the virus, etc)...and the much more problematic CCP takeover of Hong Kong. The CCP literally killed the goose that laid the golden egg when they took over Hong Kong, as that city and its retailers were THE gateway to the US. No longer, so almost anything that is made in China can now take many more weeks, if not months, to arrive.
I don't lay these problems at the doors of most US retailers who source from China, particularly the smaller ones like Lite In the Box. They usually can't order ahead of time from China and then keep items in stock here in the US--to do that is very costly, and it's only huge retailers like Amazon and Walmart which can do that regularly. And these days even they often don't: At Amazon, for example, items that are often described as "In Stock" or "In Stock--only 14 left" simply means they are in stock at a warehouse somewhere in China. There may or may not be 14 left--how could you tell without going there to look?
With Amazon, the best way to see if the item is actually IN the US at all is to check the expected delivery date. If they say it will arrive in two, three, four or five days, that usually means the item is in the US already, but if they give you an expected delivery window a month out or more...and it's often months out now...it means it's sitting somewhere in China, or is expected to be manufactured soon somewhere in China. Again: How can you actually tell without going to China to have a look?
As I said elsewhere, my own experiences (two now) ordering from LITB have been good--they seem to be making the best of a worsening international trade situation--but yours may vary.
I ordered shorts from them almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. I didn't even get an email from them yet confirming the order. It was a bad idea to order from China.

Your not the only review I have seen and the clothes are thin. Even some people that ordered bags said they were leather and they are plastic. IF you buy on ebay you can get your money back. I heard you have to ask them for pics of the REAL ITEM before you purchase .. try aliexpress. I haven't ordered there but others have and they get nice stuff. Cheap.

I have had nothing but problems with LightInTheBox. The item did NOT look like the picture and the quality was so poor the clothing item wouldn't make a good shop rag. THEN they refuse to give a complete refund unless you return the item to CHINA. My item came to me from New York, but they won't allow me to return the item to the original sender. I would NEVER order anything from them again.
The sizes mean absolutely noting. They just change the size labels to meet the order. I spent $130 and got ripped off big time. I wanted to return them and they told me to sell the shirts or give them away. I ordered two medium shirts the first time they came in and were skin tight smalls. So on the $130 order of (7) shirts I ordered large size hoping they would fit better. They were HUGE SO MUCH SO THT I COULD FIT TWO OF ME IN ONE. ha ha ha

Hello, I still have not received any answer regarding my request for a refund. You may remember, my item was not leather as advertised and it was 3 sizes smaller than an XXL. I also can't see where my one-star review has been place. Amazingly, all the reviews for the item are 5 stars. Anyway, please issue me with a full refund forthwith.
My boyfriend got me a pair of boots. The size seven was supposed to be in USA size it turned out to be Chinese size and crappy flat almost cardboard shoes we were both very upset because the reviews were saying everything was wonderful but the bomber jacket was crap the trench coat and jacket sent to his parents also bullshit as well. If you have to go to several malls to find what you need/want do that. These people are a absolute rip off. They don't make stuff to fit the average women. Even when you give them the size. Keep your money and your sanity! Realize no refunds only credit to buy something else from them. Couldn't get the dress any further than my breast/ waistline. I wear a 10 the lower half of the dress was a 4, 6 maybe even a 2. The split was high enough to see my cheeks if I had been able to get it on. Your credit card company is no help either, weakest link! 😢 KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! This company is an absolute RIP OFF. I had to buy a off the rack dress for $295 to attend my event. I bought one of their jackets and it was obviously made for a woman (I’m a man), no big deal heck I might have ordered the wrong jacket but what pissed me off my is that they make it impossible to return stuff. I will never buy from them again.

Would not recommend this site. They claim you order once it is placed is sewn at that time. The fabrics are cheap, it is made in China, where I am certain they have a warehouse of the items you order. It is next to impossible to return anything. DO NOT utilize their acclaimed services.

Bought 3 things, first order came in and it wasn't what was stated in the specifications or the product. Asked about it on the site and my ticket was closed with a default copy/paste answer. The support button also disappeared for that product because 'it's solved'. So I asked for a refund and to cancel my other 2 orders on their facebook and told them that I never wanted to deal with them ever again.
Got a message back after a couple of hours saying 'As you wish'. Got blocked, didn't get my money back and the other 2 orders weren't as specified either. At least I found someone else who wanted to buy them from me xD.
But Lightinthebox is just a shitty company.

@@servicecustomer7175 A bit late response. No there was no duplicate ticket. After the first ticket was closed, there was no any button to contact. So I asked on facebook and I was blocked. There is nothing you can do to make up for this, as to this day, I see the same thing happening on the site.
I have no order number anymore. I have no orders attached to my account anymore.
Do buy from them I got scammed and my order never came
The big problem is you must be very careful and read everything!!! The items look very nice but it it is deceiving! A top may look like linen with embroidery, it is really polyester with printed design! Cheap is cheap and thats the fact! Also this "fast Fashion" may be created by children or people in very bad circumstances.

There is one company in china with 30-40 different names. They sell the same crap and pump most of it through one warehouse that's been vacant for years in the US....go figure
