I think my favorite charm pack quilt is Pat Sloan’s Oh My Stars. It is so fun and I love that the stars go out in the border! She has various sizes, the smaller one is free and the pattern with other sizes is only $5. She even has some extra border options too I believe. I do love several of those you have listed as well, Kimberly. Thanks for the reminders! You have so much to offer and so much of your stuff is free! Such an amazing gift!
Another reason to ❤ FQS!!! I had lost sight of the fact that there great quilts and patterns out there made with charm packs. I tend to make larger quilts though I do need a few smaller ones here. (I most often make quilts for gifting). FQS goes above and beyond again and again. This is an excellent example. Instead of just showing us patterns, Kimberly actually shows quilts made designed for charm squares. Blessings to you and all the wonderful people behind the scenes at FQS. I love that Diamond Dust! Lella Boutique is my newest favorite designer- it took awhile and that show you did with her helped me along and now she has a shelf in my sewing room!
I am the same way after watching that recent interview with her I'm very drawn to her patterns now. I think her talking about naming her company after Cinderella Is what caught my grandma heart. And seeing her quilts sewn up shows them off so much better than just the drawings on the pattern covers.
I love the majority of your favorite quilts. 😍 Two of my favorite are the spool quilts. They've been on my bucket list for several years & one of these days I'm going to make one for my sewing room. Maybe next year will be the year. I have to make quilts for my kids & daughter-in-law, oh, & my best friend & cousin for Christmas. That's all, no biggie!! 🤪 Hahaha 😅 There is one quilt that I love the most & it's the Irish Chain. To me those quilts are so elegant. I'm making myself one next year, or at least that's my plan, let's see what God has planned. 😏😁

Taking just one notion would never be enough, but I would definitely be sure to have my rotary cutter. I don’t think I could go back to cutting everything with scissors again!

So starting a notebook for Charm Pack Quilts. I'll create a page for each of these ideas as I really do need a throw size for our living room and a bedroom chair.
