Erm for a start, 5 room flats are not considered small to begin with. No matter the configuration.
No children easy mah. Once got children they would mess up everything.

Prefer to have kids.
Something is missing. No kids. No hassle. The new generation of young couples prefer that way.. they prefer to keep dogs as a replacement to kids... when they hit late 30s, then start to have kids. Too late..

@@adibh2954 The older the woman is, the harder and more dangerous pregnancy is for her and the baby. Usually it is not recommended to try getting a baby after 35 y/o because of said risks. Oh and also some ppl argue the age gap between child and parent will be quite large by then but that’s based on preference most of the time.

This is a very nice home but having a projector does not make it a Home Theatre... Every one has the right to have their house their own way but calling it a Home Theatre is rather misleading
