    My 2 year old daughter has been joining in with me while I do some of these and now she asks every morning “Where is the ‘oga’!” Not sure who will be more disappointed when these 30 days end! We’ve been loving them!

    Hello sweet yogi friends! Congratulations on Day 24 ~ Flow has been speeding by. Today is my 365th day of yoga in a row, and I’m feeling all the feels. What started out as the 30 Day Challenge last year (started late) after my husband had been hospitalized with no idea what was going on, I turned around to the challenge as a way to calm my mind, body, and soul. After the first challenge, I started going back to past years challenges. By Day 100, I decided I would try for one year! That one year has taken me through so many crazy phases of life; Covid, road trips, health concerns, deaths, job/financial changes, joyful moments, anxiety, etc. Showing up to my “mat” has sometimes looked like grass, carpet, sand, rock, in studio, in my home, on the dirt trail, etc.
    Thank you, Adrienne, for providing me with the opportunity to connect with myself and practice self-discipline and self-love in a way I had never done before. I truly feel my life is changed for the better when reflecting over the last year. Many have asked if I will continue daily yoga, and after seeing the benefits for my own life and building this habit, I don’t see a reason to stop right now. The best is yet to come as long as I keep showing up for myself each day ❤

    As a mid 40’s non practising yogi, I can’t emphasis enough how appreciative i am of this 30 day practice. I never stick with anything long enough either. I am loving the pace of each practice, it’s been so doable. Thank you 🥰

    Does anyone else repeat “feet together, really together” or “find what feels good” or “halfway lift, your version” when Adriene says it, or is it just me? And I always watch that touching downward facing dog with Benji at the end, makes me tear up 🐶🧘🏻‍♀️🫶🏼

    Thank you for making the sessions 20 mins this year. Its made it sooo much easier to stick to and not skip the longer ones. For the first time, I’m actually sticking to the order and doing it daily (weekdays due to childcare needs at weekends) 😊

      I can confirm that it was the most delicious and yummy practice. Try it with your eyes closed to really turn your attention inwards. I personally found this added another experiential element. It's easy with Adrienne as she's so articulate ❤

    Woke up this morning with a cold 🤧 I banished any thoughts of missing today's practice as I hummed the opening bars of "Come as you are" to myself and rolled out my mat. My nose miraculously cleared as I lay down, just in time to take some deep cleansing breaths. I did the core work with as much energy as I had available and just observed the difference in where I am at today. Not 100% and that's ok! "Be present with what is". Thank you Adriene for this mantra 🙏

    These past couple of days, I've opened my eyes to the fact that all of us are more similar to one another than we have been taught to believe. We all wish for peace, love, and compassion, even though some don't acknowledge this aspect of themselves. I have so much happiness and love for this community, and I am practicing alongside 3060 people today. I love coming to the mat knowing I can move as a kid again and knowing that with each of Adriene's guiding words, a seed of calm is planted inside my and thousands of others' entire beings. I cannot encapsulate this joy into words, for language has its limits, but I feel that the reader knows what I mean, and what we feel in this community of yogis is infinitely timeless, without bounds, and goes beyond words.

    I've had a 10 days break, but I came back and don't want to take another breaks. It helped me realise how much yoga and the whole community means to me. My back started to hurt a lot, I had trouble to stay connected with my body, but now it feels so good to be back

    Wow ❤ I am so proud of myself for continuing onward, and so eager to see where this journey takes me. I am beginning to feel the results of tuning into myself and allowing myself to do deep reflection and be curious about my state of being. This a long time coming. Joined by syncronicities, good conversations with friends, and leaving space to listen to my soul, yoga practice is leading me into a new version of being myself. Yesterday I was able to identify and release a huge blockage from my throat chakra and started a new blog following an experience of ephiphany. And today, I get to experience Day 24, Create. How beautiful. I'm so here for it. Thank you, thank you, gratitude and thanksgiving... Namaste! ✨️💖🙏🏽

    Day 24. Anyone else have that humbling moment where you do the opposite side to the one Adriene does, momentarily forgetting your lefts and rights?
    And then you realise it after you’re already in the pose but go with the flow, regardless. I’m shaking my head and chuckling as I’m writing about it 😂♥️

    I had completed day 23 of FLOW, on-track to finish 30 consecutive days of yoga for the first time ever, and then I got hit with a MASSIVE virus which knocked me out for 3 weeks. I was disappointed to not be able to complete the challenge as planned this year, but today is my first day back and I am feeling the joy of practicing, moving my body, and showing up to myself and this community ❤

    It always amazes and surprises me on the days when tears come up out of nowhere. Today I felt the presence of my sweet pup that passed last year...it was as if she were laying right next to me on the mat, like she used to do so often. I know I'm still grieving and healing and I'm grateful for these daily practices that allow me to let go of my "logical brain" and just BE. It allows my physical body to process the emotions & healing needed. Thank you Adriene for showing up the way you do so we can show up better in our own lives. ❤

    I had an injury in January after day 23 that stopped me from completing the journey “on time.” I restarted from the beginning in April and am feeling extra grateful today for making it through day 24 this morning and for all the comments from everyone that make me feel like we’re all still making the trek together.     I love how different this one was. It was the release I didnt know I needed. Even randomly shed few tears in the end.
    I got sick for about 10 days, so jumping back. I missed it so much. I am really endlessly grateful for you Adriene. Lifechanging.

    I am still recovering from a virus today so very grateful this practice was slow paced and mostly on the ground. Feeling my body and my breath very strongly but also feeling my energy returning through movement. This is why I love yoga so much.     Today I did the last 4 days at once, I had a stressful week and fell asleep right after coming home not being able to do Yoga and today I took time out of my evening for 1h and 20 mins and just did it. Every Video and every practice brought me so much peace. I did get a handful of thoughts but they did travel fast away after some more movement and breath. Crying and acknowledging emotional pain that still hunts you but working through it with movement is a wonderful thing to do. Thank you Adriene for being here for us and for sharing so wonderful Videos and Moments with us.

    A beautiful calming practice. I’m so pleased I decided to do this journey in real time, practicing alongside 2,000 others on a daily basis is truly inspirational and I love reading about each individual experience in the comments. I committed to practice with Adriene every one of the 30 days even when I had other group activities, Thursday is my busiest day with Movement & Music for the over 50s and a free college Yoga practice in the evening but to my surprise I have discovered the extra yoga session in the morning has enhanced my day, not depleted my energy. Unfortunately the weather in the UK this time of year mean my cycling group often meet for breakfast instead of 🚴 which nourishes the soul as well as the body.🤣🤣 I’m determined to continue to be fit and active in my retirement but I hadn’t realised I’d enjoy it so much.     Good morning! Starting the day with a heavy feeling inside, because of stress and pressure from work/conflicts. I look forward to doing this yoga practice now though, hopefully I'll feel a bit better.

    I've done every year of 30 days of YWA, and this has been hands down my favorite year ever. I'm not just saying that! It's been such an honor to witness Adriene really grow into her confidence as a grounded guide, and to be part of this worldwide community. I'm so grateful 😊

    This month has been all about keeping the promises I make to myself and in the same breath forgiving myself for days I only accomplish 70-50-10-0% of my daily goals.
    I am on Day 22/23 today! Tomorrow I hope to be “caught up” to y’all in real time 🥰 I would like to finish strong with all of you, especially considering this is the last foreseeable 30 day journey together.

    Maybe my favorite practice of the series so far. I love the bridge pose to both sides. This was just what my body needed today. And I'm proud to say that it's getting easier everyday to stay present during practice and fully experience it. Thank you, Adriene 🙏🏻

    I’m waaaaaay late but I’m still practicing, along with my 30 days yoga journey I’m having another journey, the one where I’m not a perfectionist, where I don’t give up challenges because something has interrupted the perfect row, the one where I know that my adhd time and energy are different and I respect them. Really cathartic experience to do this journey with you. Finally day 24, never been this far 🙏🏻

    Day 24: what a nice practice today. Yesterday’s abs were hard work and discouraging but today’s ab work was fun and satisfying. I don’t know if I’m in a different place today but it’s good to see that every day is different and to not be discouraged by a single bad day. Still here

    Good morning everyone! Can’t believe there are just 6 days left! My favourite part of every practice is when we breath in and out all at the same time, in shavasana, at the end - I’m always thinking there must be tens of people that are taking a breath in and out at the same time with me, it’s a wonderful feeling.     Blessed Beloved Beauties!! Ah, Flow Day - 24 of Create is peaceful, healing, and calming. I needed this, this morning. There are some turbulent things happening at the moment.       During my morning contemplation today I noted in my journal that I feel like the winds of change are blowing. Guess the winds are a bit stronger for some others at the moment 😅
      This floor practice reminds me that no matter where we land we can stand firmly as long as we find a strong center within ourselves. Wonderful that you also found today's practice to be calming and healing! Wishing you continued peace and strength in adjusting your sails.

      I resonated with your takeaways - Peaceful, healing and calming. Today's practice was all of those things as the physical threat of the storm passing...(north Queensland cyclone season). Today's practice reconnected me to a more sane self 🙏❣️
