  • On day 21 we recognize a natural curiosity that grows about ourselves and others. Pay attention to sensations in your physical body and heart space - both - and the practice will communicate a lot back to you. This session is an invitation to observe and investigate without judgment. (Oh - and it's certainly okay to have fun too.)

    For some reason when Adriene asked us to finish the phrase "I choose", the only thing that popped into my head was "I choose you, Pikachu!" Spent the rest of my practice flapping in the bug shake singing the pokemon theme song. I love when yoga reminds us self care doesn't always have to be so serious! 🤭

      Right there with u man. Been doing yoga with Adriene now everyday for 3-4 years...my stress gone down alot. Body is stronger and when im hiking/climing mointains and about to fall my ballance is much better and im much more flexable to react and grap next stone. This 20 min a day ar so worth it

      Awesome. I have my 60th b/day coming up soon. I've been almost everyday with YWA for more than a year. I find it helps me with my tennis game where flexibility, balance and strength are key.

      Nearly tipped into the fireplace at beginning of Day 19, took it as a sign, quit, was sick for 2+ weeks and returned today. Stretching and breathing felt good!

    I choose to be happy. After being diagnosed as chronically ill at the end of last year I lost so much strength being in hospital for a while. I was honestly scared for this years 30 day yoga challenge as I was unsure whether I could make it or end up feeling bad if I didn‘t. I am now on day 21 and every day was amazing. I also know now, that I had nothing to fear because Adriene always makes sure that it‘s okay in this community if we don‘t „succeed“, if we fall or stop or anything. I am so grateful for this experience and choose to be happy, because I can. I am mentally healthy and therefore can choose to find the little happy moments in everyday life without dragging myself down with the negative things. Thank you Adriene for this wonderful experience! ❤

    I choose joy. As an adult, I can't recall when I lost interest in looking for joyful moments. Kids are so talented being curious and doing just that. When I heard Adriene's invitation I smiled and then I heard in my mind "j-o-y." ❤

    Next year, I'll be celebrating 10 years with you, Adriene (started your vids in 2015)!
    I just wanted to mention: in early 2020, I was diagnosed with kidney-failure. Through years of dialysis, lab work, surgeries, etc. (& being really afraid of needles), I thought about you (& Benji!) a lot. I thought of your lightness, humility, kindness & deep humanness. I thought of your guiding voice on the mat & how it deeply helped me confront pain, possible death & acceptance.
    Years later, I have had a very successful transplant & am physically now able to keep up with this 30 day practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (& new organ!) for your tremendous & beautiful gift(s) to this world.

    Again, I appreciate the average 20 minute practice 10-13 minute feels too short, while 30 minutes feels like I need to stretch to make time for. This feels so life accommodating! ❤

    I love the shake at the end. Surprisingly it took a lot of energy but I was really going for it. Helps you forget about everything and be in the moment.

    Today, I think for the first time ever, I wept at the end, at “oh, to be alive…” I really didn’t expect the tears and didn’t even know I was sad. I love this yoga for helping me wake up, get deeper into self knowledge, and more in touch with my heart. 🧡

    This has got to be the best 30 day yoga Adrienne has done so far. I love it so much. I’m still working through it, and could quite easily repeat it all. Perfect length of sessions and easy to do. I’ve followed Adrienne for years. But I’m loving this series so much. Each session is so achievable. Thank you ❤️

    I choose to see the good in the world. I sometimes feel a little hopeless about the ongoing genocide in Palestine but I cannot allow it to lead me to despair. This practice was lovely and when I opened my eyes at the end, my kitty was blissed-out in a sunbeam doing savasana next to me.

    Today is a special day for Indian because after 500 years controversy our God Ramji get his lovely house in Ayodhya . The people who don't know Ram i want to say them Ram is one of biggest God of our Hindu culture, which Hindu culture they discovered meditation and yoga.🙏🙏🪔🪔

    I can't tell you how much my mental health has improved in these past few weeks. I feel more in my patience and presence in every day life. It seems I am able to glean the joy and delight from my day and children so much more. 20 minute videos are the sweet spot Adriene! I hope you continue that format in years to come. It's much easier for me to fit in knowing it will be around that mark each day. Namaste everyone!

      Right there with u but today. Been traviling. Doing yoga on the floor with only towel under my knee and just could not find my rythem. But still so worth it...days when i dont feel up to it are the days i relise after practes i needed it the most :)

      I got confused transitioning to it from the squat, my long legs going all over the place. Today for me was hard but I made it; Inward and Curious in a row 🙏🏻🩵

    I played the video and suddenly it started raining. (I usually exercise in the yard)
    I was thinking to go inside and doing yoga in my room;
    But I'm so glad that I decided to stay outside!
    It felt magical..
    I feel like the nature blessed me🌟

    I like the check in with neck, hamstring, hips … I like the storm coming in… I like the invitation to find something new in down dog .. I like Childs pose.. that’s my fav today. It took me a while to get here. I like that too. I am not having to prove anything I like that .. Flow 2024 yet stay an even course

    Woke up today feeling uninspired. I think I'm tired of the grind of job searching, and this was the only thing I was looking forward to doing today. I started crying while in crescent lunge. I think because it was a difficult position when I started my yoga practice, and now I feel powerful in it. Maybe it reminded me of my strength during a time I feel powerless. I finished the sentence, "I choose myself," and now I'm pondering what that looks like. ❤

    I choose to move forward with love, compassion, kindness and patience ❤ this practice has made me realise I’ve been very hard on myself lately and has inspired me to get curious about why. It’s these moments where the biggest changes happen, and as Adrienne always says: the hardest part is showing up, and here we are, together, continuing to show up for ourselves, the people (and furry critters) in our lives, and the collective ❤

    "I choose to let go and be happy". You know, there was a time when extended child's pose was excruciatingly painful to me and I could not hold it for long, now it's my favourite pose to go to rest, I gotta thank all these years of yoga with Adriene for that.     I'm doing my yoga at the end of each day and this challenge has been my favorite so far, this has become my fave part of the day! It's amazing what 21 sweet practices can do to your body! I feel so so good! And knowing I'm doing this with you all is truly special

    Yesterday I said to my boyfriend (we do FLOW together) that I am proud for sticking with the challenge, but a bit saddened that I don't really look forward to it. Before committing to FLOW, I would choose a YWA video whenever I felt the need to do yoga (mostly when I felt overwhelmed or tired etc.). Now I do yoga everyday, even when I am not particularly excited to do so. My boyfriend always looks forward to doing the challenge first thing in the morning. I? Not so much (can people relate? I feel like I am alone in this..). I do show up and get it done though. This morning I woke up feeling really scared and had a panic attack right away. Yesterday I had decided not to do yoga this morning because I have an exam this afternoon and wanted to hop right into studying. However, feeling really anxious and needing yoga, I decided to stick to my usual morning routine and do FLOW first thing. And wow, what a difference this practice has made! I feel more calm and ready to start the day

      Totaly not alone, I do not look forward to any practice, so far, suffering bad burn out depression last year I need to get attention to my body, and I do as you describe feel better after each session. It does good to the body, soon O hope the mind will follow.❤️🧘🏻💪💪💪

I often remind myself in moments of procrastination or denial that the things I resist doing somehow are those that will make me learn some lesson, or uncover a hidden feeling or emotion that must be released, and in the end, I feel it's quite empowering to accept this Curiosity and move forward to find what feels good in the body and mind. Before this practice i felt so down and like “what am i doing with my life with all those thoughts?” I drown in my thoughts and then at the end of the practice i said to myself loudly “omg i’m in love with life ı’m so happy to being alive!” Thank you Adriene and thank to all of you folks! 🎉

    I love the 20 minute video length. Perfect! This series seems less yoga-y (not many warrior positions) and more stretch. It truly is a perfect combination. Maybe I am getting more used to the poses but it seems less intense than other videos. Highly recommend.
