Wintertime in the north hemisphere is the summer in New Zealand. If you have a plan to visit this wonderful country in the coming winters, you may find this video helpful to your planning. It takes efforts to visit New Zealand as it is remotely located in the southern point of the South Hemisphere. But we’d say all worth it as you bring back unforgettable memories.

Other than layers to handle the climate changes, you may want to bring sunblocks, swimsuits/flip flops if plan to try the hot pools. Pretty easy to self-drive in New Zealand. Enjoy!

Oh, one thing to add.. there can be a long way between the gas stations, especially in some South areas. So make sure to fill up in towns if running low.
