Oh, you left off the other two decks. There is the Shogunate and the shogunate private reserve. Great decks and docs made a display deck of the Shogunate and I cannot stop playing with it. I love display decks.
So caveat I am not a cardist. But in general, cardistry designs are best when they emphasize the movement of the cards. So bolder more geometric designs, or ones with a strong central element for spins - things like that. Those allow the flow of the cards to be enhanced. Busy designs on the other hand can distract from the motions.

You mentioned that this was probably too busy for cardistry. Do cardists typically prefer more minimalistic designs, and if so, why?
