Another fantastic review. I backed the kickstarter project for these and super glad I did. Perhaps the finest decks in my collection. Keep up the great work.
Great review but I had to snicker every time they mentioned something about religion while obviously not knowing any of the terms. Not a critique, just thought it was funny. Shame the white deck was the top end, I thought the black was a little sharper. But I guess that saves me money if I decide to buy one.
Just curious - what did I mention that evoked a chuckle? Was it just referring to the bishop as a "religious leader?" Which I noticed later I did way too many times for my own comfort. Or...is there another little factoid about some of the religious artifacts? Because would love to learn more!
@@TheCardGuyReviews Mainly the references to 'religious leader' (I forget all the synonyms you used but I don't think you ever said Pope). I think you also mentioned castle a few times when I think the cards were depicting St Peter's Basilica. I'm not Catholic but the little I know of European history, I assumed the coronation was done by a Pope in Rome. I had to check the Charlemagne wiki to confirm. Again, I wasn't meaning to critique and I really appreciated your review. Your deck reviews are some of the best on TH-cam and I hope you keep doing them.
Thanks for the fantastic review! I appreciate the kind words and honest thoughts!
Man, that gilded deck looks phenomenal!

These reviews are just fantastic
Awesome 😊😊
Wait...I could have sworn you already reviewed these.
Believe it or not….never had!
