I got many spotting medals in my Japanese heavys as I'd just trundle towards the enemy, twisting and turning to bounce shots, and picking up spotting assist.
Since the AMX 30 (tier 9) and AMX 30 B (tier 10) are collector vehicles they do not be to be grinded. You can buy them if you have any other French tier 9 or tier10... you just grind the modules.
still a grind though because to get them you have to go down one of the French tech tree lines and unlock tier 9 and 10 before you can buy them, I wanted the tier 9 but at the moment i've given up on the game because of the bad matchmaking and 15-1 simulator, if Wargaming spent more time on re-balancing the game rather than adding tanks then I might come back and get the AMX 30

I always try to get to my favorite OP bush when in my lights with OP cammo and spotting. Many of them are risky and you may not survive on the way there, but if you get there un-spotted it feels like cheating. I often get 3K plus SD in tier 6 randoms.

If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!!
