Wooooooow I often tell friends and family that I went into freeze mode but couldn't quite explain I would say my vagus nerve felt twisted Thank you 🎉 Actually, I have tears of gratitude
Hi Roland! Michael gave a great answer! Small movements are going to be your best bet for now. You might try squeezing your fists together to create tension (as if pushing against the wall), wiggling fingers/toes, trying any movements that create rotation in your body- "windshield wipering" your knees side to side is a good one if you can tolerate it!
What about chronic freeze with severe episodes where your body is locked up into extreme tension as though you are braced for impact? Everything gets so tight and stiff it becomes very hard to move at all. TIA!

These movements feel great for my nervous system. Makes me want to do capoeira or tai chi. Thanks for sharing
I do appreciate this instruction a lot !
Great seeing this. How would this be possible for someone who is bedridden and has orthostatic intolerance due to this Freeze mode. LC/ME/CFS
This is something I resonate with. You could try scaling the movements down to what you are comfortable with eg. wiggling your toes or fingers
