Honestly I’m starting to think it’ll be Ciel. JP and NA sometimes have these ironic and entertaining similarities. So we’re getting Arcueid now in NA so it’d be entertaining to drop another Tsukihime servant. Though maybe it’ll just be a Saber Heracles or something.
I hope they bring more character from Illya series considering it might end soon, now that the model for the world is here perhaps the duplicate of it Pandora can join too, or perhaps possible Chronos (this one looks more like beast tho) or what ever Illya has become at this point (possible fairy? Nasu actually confirmed in the interview for the 8th Anniversary that Ciel is already in the cards to be added. But here's the thing, Nasu specifically wants to deliver Tsukihime's second heroine in "the most interesting way" by his own admission. This is similar to the reason to why he decided to drop Arcueid by herself rather than in a dedicated collab. To subvert expectations. This kind of mindset that Nasu has is why I personally believe she won't be the Anniversary Servant. Not because I don't think she's coming , but because it's too _expected_ . Too predictable.

But for a serious guess I'm kinda thinking Akiha from Tsukihime. Is it because introducing a Tsukihime character after the global version of A Piece of Glass Moon would be cool, yes. Even if adding another 'brunette who becomes a red head' character in the same year is a bit weird, I admit.
Yeah, definitely too soon for Notes characters like Gun God and Type Venus. I honestly hope we'll get Touko as anniversary servant, but we'll see. Imho we'll get Ciel next year, hopefully with the release of Tsukihime on Steam and a collaboration event on Fgo.
