Didn’t know those zzp do’s could crack? Now I have to check mine, I’ve been hearing an exhaust leak but have been unable to narrow it down. Gonna look into that, thanks
Thanks for the video...I was looking at the Mishimoto Catted but they said it must be tuned otherwise the CEL will go on. Problem is that I have a 22 and Dyno/HP don't have the tune for it yet. Could you please post a link for catted one that does not require a tune?
@@boltbreakers8805 No I don't, I just looked at it but changed my mind when I saw the body work done to it. I did notice the goodies on it. I asked them to contact the original owner to ask if there was a tune or get the mod info and they said they couldnt.
I tapped into the cigarette lighter in the center console and mounted it to a piece of steel by the hood release. A cutout is an electric valve for your exhaust so you can make noise and be quiet with the flip of a switch. If you look at summit, they sell a 3" kit you can have welded in to your stock exhaust.
With a catless Dp you will get a check engine light. Just use an o2 extender or tune the light off. Only difference an auto will have is just some extra tranny lines in the way.
You probably dont care but does any of you know a way to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my login password. I love any assistance you can offer me!
@@zabate123 I have a manual transmission. You are correct due to some people saying the transmission lines interfere with the o2 sensor placement on some pipes. It seems a brand specific issue.
One thing that's nice is o2 sensors are pretty universal in thread size so any extender u find should work. Just Google it and find whatever cheap is available. Zzp offers one for $30.
Been wanting to try the turbosmart for awhile now but seems lime the forums are still arguing its effectiveness. I have a new turbobay spooley boi that I need to make a vid on so maybe I'll try that.
It sounds great. Lol. I was looking for an open atmospheric sound and I got it. Subtle changes to top end power holding on a little longer with that and the actuator together. But I’m beyond happy with the two of them.
@@boltbreakers8805 they offer different ones I went with the factory loaded which is 7. The folks there are really knowledgeable and they recommended not going any higher without a tune.
Hard to find good quality tutorials like this one perfect video

Yes please show how you do the electric cut off
Appreciate the detailed video bro
Glad it helped someone out!

Nice vid man! I just got a 2017 2.0. What's the switch you pushed at the end?
Thanks! Glad you liked it. That switch is for my electric exhaust cutout. No use spending $500 on a muffler delete when a cutout is $150. Lol
@@boltbreakers8805 Good point! Excellent! Thanks again!
Did you trade that car in to Serpentini?
Yessir. Left most of the goodies on it too. You know who bought it?

Where is the electric cutout video?
How did you add that switch at the end? For your electric exhaust cutout. What is a cutout/what did you do exactly?

I got a check engine with the zzp catted down pipe is there any thoughts on why so ? I got a check engine code of P0420
I'd say something with the o2 sensor. Check the connection.
What is that red looking box in the center next to the throttle body
That's just a generic catch can for the breather line going to the intake. Its more there for show.
Bolt Breakers I have the zzp catch can system and it sucks
Did you get any check light engine? I have an automatic, not sure if this would effect anything .

@@boltbreakers8805 Thanks for the reply. Thank you
Bigger curve on your air intake tube, that will reduce flow, which meams less gains. Any curves/ bends over 30° not good.
Do you need an 02 extender something for catted dp aswell? going to install zzp catted dp.
If your catted then no. I put one on mine because its hollow. Lol
Yo bro... could you post sound clips of the Rev9 Dp? I couldn’t see any on your page.

Not the best but just yanked this off my dash cam.
Bolt Breakers thank you bro ... sounds nice 👍🏼
Exact same color as my 2019 camero
I wish my country allowed mods... my 2.0 would be a beast with stage 1 - 3 zzp kits

@Skyler Ruben Instablaster ;)
Did you have a CEL? And hows the downpipe doing now?
Never had a cel due to installing an o2 extender with the pipe. New downpipe is great!
Bolt Breakers thank you for the response! Definitely getting the extender
Bolt Breakers one last question do you have a manual or automatic? I heard they relocated the o2 sensors on the automatic in which i have lol
@@zabate123 I have a manual transmission. You are correct due to some people saying the transmission lines interfere with the o2 sensor placement on some pipes. It seems a brand specific issue.
Bolt Breakers damn. I guess im gonna stick with the factory until somebody upload a video with a at. Thank you for the response! Keep safe
Do you hVe. link for the o2 extender u used also does it matter whjat size>

I grabbed a turbo smart Bov and the waste gate actuator and I think a down pipe would complete the package.

This dude kinda cringy, touchy feely everything.
Bro u don’t have the right size wrenches?
