    Damn i honestly didnt think anyone would be making parts for this trim camaro. Hell yeah. I know for a fact if i can im gonna get me a base model with a 2.0L turbo if i can now. Preferably 6 speed.

      Just got one this friday and she is a beast for sure I own 2 mustang gt one manual and automatic and let me tell u the 2.0 is definitely no punk fun as hell handles way better then my stang but the stang wins for sound lol but for everyday use the camaro all day

      @@czotheghostgmail thanks for the input definitely friend. I love 4 cylinders, always have, so 4 sound its debatable 4 me, but the daily drivability is what is swinging me towards a 2.0 camaro. Driving a 91 accord for over a decade, great for its time and i wanna be buried with her, but i want something else thats faster, without sacrificing anything in the luxury department. Nothing too complex, features arent that important, i just dont wanna downgrade in any way. Thinking real hard on how i can get my hands on one.

      @@THECobrabitch u can make it sound great but make sure who ever you buy it from check to see if they didn't beat up on it because unfortunately I have to give the car back because too many check engine lights came on for the stabilitrak and engine. the car is great for what it is and good horse power and good gas mileage u can't be that only wish they had leather sits

    I'm a mustang guy for life but I just got a 2016 camaro 2.0 manual and I'm in love again lol she handles like a beast way better then my stang I love both cars and bless to have best of both worlds if anybody want to diss because it's not a v8 then you sir are not a true car person and need to grow up

      This Camaro is a great example of what the LTG fuel system can do. With the right tuner (Bill at Coopers Camaro on this car) and build (ZZP internals) these Camaro LTGs can really give the v8s a run for their money. The Nostrum fuel system works and gets it done!

    I think that most of the people who make fun of 4 cylinder camaros and even 6 cylinder camaros are the v8 elitists who don't really mod cars and just buy them off the lot for their power. 4 bangers have tons of potential, as proven by decades of honda/k24 builds and other inline 4 engines built to push 500hp

      It’s from the factory, I believe. But the 1LE trim isn’t available for the LTs any more.

    does this car have a upgraded in tank pump as well or do you not need one with the high pressure pump and injectors

      Yes it will require a low pressure pump install.
      Do this first with a zl1 pump.
      Allows 75psi low and 4600 psi high side on pump no E. Get you close to 400hp to wheels. Then Nostrom is a must or secondary port injection system.

      @@jdcustomz yup, that's exactly what we did. We had never done this before so there was a bit of learning curve to get the ZL1 pump module into the LTG tank (crossovers), but we did get it right. Had a small issue with "tank empty" signal position at first.

    would this fuel pump work on a 2019 camaro? I hat all would I need? My car has 12,000 miles I want it to last long would this setup damage the engine? My goal is to get about 365 horsepower

      Thats easy goal to achieve you should just get the zl1 fuel pump (in gas tank) and swap that out/tune and you should be at your goal with a downpipe as well

    What PSI, ethanol blend, timing and IDC did this car see when it made 460? Was it being limited by heat or knock?

      Jake's car was limited by the turbocharger during the tuning we did here at Nostrum for fuel system testing. At peak HP (457hp), it was running E83 (as measured in the log during that run), 38.4% Injector Duty Cycle, and ~25psi of boost. Bill at Coopers Camaro did the final tuning for the vehicle, so he may be able to provide his tips.

      @@NostrumHP Awesome...Exactly the response I was looking for. This is really interesting, I thought the 7163 would flow a bit better and be able to make more power up top. Could you also perhaps let me know how much air it was flowing(MAF)? Technically, this turbo should flow around 61 lb/min. I wonder if it was able to achieve that or the exhaust side was restricting it.

    Is the motor built? My 2.0T is at 320 and on e85 but I’ve heard once you hit 375 you might need to build the motor

    Are you going to achieve those numbers with a stock turbocharger or does the turbocharger need to be upgraded as well?

      You need the upgraded turbo. The stock turbo won’t put those numbers. Maybe around 350 on a stock turbo

      ZZP fully built engine with head studs, pistons, 4340 rods, valve springs, performance cams LTGCAM-S2, intercooler upgrade, cold air intake. BorgWarner EFR7163. Tuned by Bill at Coopers Camaro.

      I want this whole setup/kit. What would the quote be approximately? I have the zzp tune, air intake, full exhaust, catless downpipe, larger throttle body, and (irrelevant) catch cans.
      Quote for turbo, cams, pistons, rods, intercooler, turbo, and fuel system with the zl1 fuel pump.
      Side note.. my previous engine on the same car blew a zzp piston.. im kind of skeptical about opening the engine, these things are so delicate and delicately calibrated. Whats your opinion on that? @nostrumhighperformance

    How much hp will the car make without the zl1 pump?

      We have not found the hard limit of the in-tank pump, but typically recommend one if you are going with the Big Bore pump or have a larger than stock turbo.
      With our sponsor car (in this video: th-cam.com/video/4pcNinaVWOQ/w-d-xo.html ) we were able to max out the stock turbo with our Standard Bore Plus pump and Stage 1 injectors with the stock in-tank pump. We had a ZL1 pump ready to go but did not end up needing it.

      That is interesting insight. We haven't tuned a big turbo stock cam LTG. Can you show us more (data)? Is the ZZP cam not worth it?

      ​@@NostrumHP ​That's what a lot of folks are saying...most of us are skeptical that the stock exhaust manifold is so small it creates too much heat and won't flow high enough up top restricting the amount of air the turbo will flow. It's not that the cams are ineffective; they are just not being utilized properly. ZZP developed these cams are on a car with a custom tubular manifold and BW 257sxe. On paper, the cams should provide more power albeit they are really not that aggressive in profile. I think the only real benefit is the larger cam lobe.

      Yes, bigger injectors inject more fuel which means there will be less in your gas tank

      So u want some one to spend almost l 2k for your combo and still need another 2k for a turbo why not just skip your mod because ppl are making 500 hp with roads pistons and larger turbo spend that extra 2k on internals make the same thing and won’t break anything. 2k for injectors and a pump is alot

      @@Drummerdude686 i guess so you don't have to wait until 4500 rpm to get any power. The 2.0T makes 100 ft lbs @ 2000 rpm. The Lt1 makes like 350-360 ft lbs @ 2000 rpm. Nice having power everywhere and not having to rev the crap out of it.

      @@Drummerdude686 hate to break it to ya bud, but its only around a 150 lb difference from a 2.2 ecotec (Not this motor but similar) and a ls1 which with added turbo routing, intercooler, and all turbo factors you basically end up with the same weight without factory v8 power...

    Be careful, the engine is an aluminum block. Putting too much power will break it. Your better off with Cast Iron

      @@Boxtruckin There's a limit to how much you can boost a 4 cylinder before something breaks. Easier to hit 800hp with a v8 than 800 on a 4cylinder. 4 cylinder at 800hp would be faster though.

      @@medamacmdm4724 Live rear axles are so much better. Not in it for looks. Catfishes are surprisingly comforable minus the sounds of the interior falling apart.
      LS3 swapped, T56 Mag, fresh bottle of NOS and a 100 shot, strange engineering 12bolt.
      Bad to the bone daily right there. I have a F35 cam kit in it, 3in kooks thats it.

      @@johntran4478 I work as a professional diesel and gasoline tech...so no, I know what to do to keep my engine from blowing...and you don't need a bigger turbo on the LTG engine to get this car under 12s in the quarter mile...and most who are blowing up this engine are amateurs who go for more power but don't upgrade the intercooler, running the wrong type of oil etc...it's all about heat reduction when making more power and cutting your oil changes in half.
