I have worked on everything from a 8' rubber dinghy to a US Navy Aircraft Carrier, looking at this boat it looks incredibly well built, she would be incredible for cruising BC and Alaska.
I am forever in love with this boat and her high bulwarks. I think I said it on the other video, the massive scuppers with a metal grid covering them make this a solid option for someone who might want to go yachting with pets. Absolutely amazing yacht, not surprised that she's one of your most popular tour videos.
John, I was going to mention if somebody else did as well, the lack of Cold storage foreign explorer yacht. It seems to me they would have made sure that there were a couple freezers and at least a full size fridge.p
Beautiful boat and as usual a wonderful tour. I’m sure if one wanted to, you could add as much refrigeration as you wanted and add more fuel tankage. Thank you so much for covering boats that I actually want to see and have the most interest in. Love steel and aluminum trawler yachts! ❤️👍
That boat reminds me of the one commisioned by David Scott Cowper to take on the northwest passage, "Polarbound" still lives in the Royal Quays Marina in North Shields, Limited use for the boat as the project failed to happen. Such a strong sea boat. Another article ?
YES looks like a very nice vessel wel taken care of and the engine room looks splendid with some Robust engines mounted I really enjoyed this video so Thanks a lot and C u soon again !! ❤❤😊😊
Very clean. I question the galley seating and the lack of a proper refrigerator. A decent freezer would fit on the fly bridge or maybe on the beautiful bow , but why mess that up. Engine room was well laid out.
Enjoyed every minute of it the accommodation is first class a proper little ship I wish I wish lol keep up the good work I've still got a lot of your videos to through.
The whole boat seems like kind of a joke to me for the price. You could do much better from what I've seen. This boat is awfully finished inside. It looks so incredibly cheap I can't justify the price in any way. It looks like a nasty Canadian house-basement rec room from the 80's. All that's missing is the tobacco stains on the walls.
A 4 burner hob & a microwave?!? A dormitory size mini-fridge & no freezer?!? Not impressed at all with the galley abilities or the U-shaped dining area. If I had to choose between the 2, I’d absolutely go with a Dutch Barge. This boat is not for me.
Can anyone talk me out of my insistence on twin screws? Between increased docking ease and the obvious fail-safe of two working engines aboard, I don't see why that feature shouldn't stay at the top (above a sail mast, for instance) of the "Features" list.
Maybe I/you missed it but, for a "long-range" trawler it doesn't seem to have enough cold storage, you only showed one small fridge and no large freezer. Where would you put a 45kg halibut
This is THE boat to travel with. This boat is not a pleasure boat. It has been designed to face the sea, thinking security first and family travel. Not the kind of boat to show off in Cannes, or Monaco.

I dig it , practical... working machine... not glamorous..
I love the engine room, the boat is wonderful.
Awesome over engineered little boat. Love it.
I had 70 dives on a similar metal boat like this. Perfect for coastal diving.
Engine rims, amazing nice tidy bright 👍👍👍
Well done. This is a great vessel for the right sailor looking for adventures! ⚓
1500 mile range stated on the brokers site. That is not an explorer yacht. That is inland and coastal at best.

Thanks! I appreciate it 🫡

Yes indeed!
What is with the mini fridge?! Other then that .... it's awesome 🤘

A beautiful boat, my big criticism is the range. Ideally I would like 4000-5000 nm
I can see myself going through Boca Grande Pass.
What do you call that type of bow lip.?
As usual, a boat of this size not having a adequate refrigerator in the galley! 😮
A beer fridge lol . . . How did they "explore" without decent refrig/freezer capacity
with that price tag, you can get a luxury yacht that is equivalent in performance

Agree, never ceases to amaze me.

It's a lot of boat for its size.

Stunningly expensive.
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
How long is 1.7 meters? 5.58 ft?
Another great video hope your get enough subscribers to let you buy Sea Ranger
I wish!
spent many an hour on it building it

I was hoping it had 2000KN+ Range pity.....
I am ashamed to say that the engine room looks cleaner than my kitchen 🥺
Those are built in China? Or is that sea horse?
UK
NO WATER TIGHT COMPARTMENTS ??
I HAVE SEEN THIS BOAT FOR SALE BEFORE WHY IS IT ON SALE AGAIN ?? !!
It's a bit overpriced. Bit more.
Overpriced and over hyped. Range is crap and not enough storage for long exploring. At $1 million it would be a fair price.
So much wasted space
The color is awful. Repaint it.
