But there is dark circle in that man eyes. That's mean he didn't sleep properly in the night. What I will do in 4.00 in the mooring? No one in the road, i could be robed by the robbers . if I go in early morning for walk. I think its better to sleep till 7.00 a.m. then walk up.

Yadi hum apne sharir ke sath ched chad karte haj to bigad jate hai kisi ka kapha kisi ka pitta Aisa bhi nai hai ki subah 4 baje uthne wale bimar nai padte wo bhi padte hai magar unhealthy routine wale person se jaldi recover kar jaate hai Ye healtthy routine pranayam yoga aapko amar banane ke liye nai hai.. jivan me ghatnae ghatengi . Accident hoga pair tutega bimar padenge viral hoga jo aas paas environment me ganda hai usse hone wali bimari hongi magar healthy person usse lad sakega aur jaldi tik hoga..
