For those wo don't know if you have served your notice period fully as per your contract, no one can extend your notice period as per the law. There have been many cases in the past where employer has done that and when dragged to the labour court almost all the times employee has won.

If he is overburdening with you with work, you can have a discussion with him that you are not able to do so. In any case if you are not able to do so, then he can only shorten your notice period but he cannot extend you notice period. Bottom line is he cannot extend you notice period if you are serving you notice period fully as per your company policy.

What all leaves we can avail during notice period in tcs , I have 20+ sick and 2 flexis rest blocked, taking leaves can really extend our notice period??
Depends on your project & manager. Sick you can take 2-4 max more than that your manager will warn/ give indirect threats about extension. You can apply flexi if your manager is good otherwise they will say on NP you are not allowed to take flexi ( earlier it was allowed but I guess due to attrition )

What if the manager is threatening you to work and saying if you don't work then he will extend your notice period??

in our company there is bond and if we resign in that we don't get our salary. then should we work in notice period without salary
