    How many days can we apply leaves in notice period in 3 months period which is considered safe and notice period won't get extended?

      Hi,
      As far as I know it's fixed. Increasing the LWP end date is such a difficult task.
      You need to mail HR, telling them your intentions and desire to extend the LWP and also tell them a strong reason for the same.
      If they allow you they'll provide you approval for the same.

    Will I get salary in first 2 months or all 3 months salary will be included in the FNF?

      Hi,
      You will get regular salary in the first two months and if your third month is split between two months. I.e. your last working day is on 15th of some month. Then the salary for that 15 days will be included in your full and final settlement.

      Hi,
      It depends on your manager, if you are joining office( wfh or wfo) and doing your assigned task. There is very least probability that your notice period will be extended.

    Hello bhaiya, since you are a DTU DSM alumni I think you are the right person to ask the question. How are the placements at DSM ? What is the average package like ? Specially for freshers. Also what is the placement rate ? Are all students placed on campus ? Thanks

      Hi Gitali,
      I'm 2021 passout, at that time due to covid th hiring was little slow.
      But highest pkg offered was 17.5 lpa and lowest was 3.5.
      Avg salary was 6.5 lpa.
      Campus is good..teachers are also good.
      Campus is good.
      No all students are not placed.
      60-70% were placed in my time, but the placement of 2022 and 2023 batch were better than us.

    Hy , i am not serving notice period in tcs and i have got a letter from tcs .. what legal proceedings can they take against me ?

      They can ask you to say the compensation nothing else.

      Hi,
      Usually in your case, HR will themselves ask you to take early release.
      As you are on bench and not adding any revenue to the company, so they will ask you for early release.

    I am serving notice period right now and I am working from home from very 1st day. I never visited to office and I don't have I'd card so at last day when I will be required to visit office to submit the asset do I need the Id card?
    Pls share information on this. I am following you since last 3 months and your video's are very informative.

      Hi,
      No you do not need any Id card. The assets are usually submitted in the reception area, where you don't need your id card to access anything.
      Just handover asset to security and tell them id card is not issued to you.

    Hi please help, I have 1 month of notice period left, our project is also handed over to another company and I’ve completed all my deployments and there’s no dependency on me.
    But my team lead keep sending people from other teams for help from me because he keep telling them that I have time as project has ended. But my manager is not involved in this and not aware of this.
    So is it ok if I ignore them? Or would it cause any issue?
    I give them 1hr per day but it’s annoying when they keep scheduling meetings without asking my preferred time and sometimes tell me to not log off without informing and it’s not even my work but their.
    Even my manager never asked me like this yet these people from other team acting like I’m their slave.

      Hi,
      As per the rules you should give them time for the smooth transition, however you can set a time slot or recurring meeting series with them, so that they don't disturb you on frequent basis

      You can swap your location with a person belinging to same domain.

    If I take 3 leave not more than 2 continuously than do we need to submit medical certificate ?
    I have taken 8 sick leave and but not more than 2 days continously but HR is asking for medical certificates ? Do I need to provide it ? Because I have not taken 3 or more than 3 continuously.

      Hi,
      You don't have to submit any medical proof for leaves upto 2 days.
      Ask them under which leave policy are you asking for the proof, and tag their supervisor in the email.
