Great demonstration Kieran. I recently bought a copy of Silent Hill on the PS1 which I believe has been put through one of these. I think it’s a great bit of kit to bring back to life games like yours here. Annoying thing though is people are cleaning discs that don’t need it to try and make them look in better condition but like retro persuit has said in another comment you can tell once it’s been done.
thats awesome to hear man. glad i helped you. thanks for watching man. i have had mine for 4 years now its been great to fix games to take to cex. so glad it fixed my og game :D
That looks brililant i was never convinced by them, but you showing the disk before and after has changed my mind, are they expensive what about the solution is that expensive?
Awesome you got to get it going! Looks like a good machine you got there. That PS1 green casing looks amazing. I have an old battered PS1 console, tempted to upgrade the casing! Keep the videos coming mate, really enjoying them.
Only problem I have with JFJ is that because it stands one part of the disc at a time it will also chamfer down the sides of the disc. I tend not to buy games that have been resurfaced on it because of that.
yeah i know what you mean. i try not to stand them for to long because of that. its a good disc repair for its money tho. glad it fixed my og game again :D
Nice demo mate. I've also got the JFJ and use it before trading in at cex if the discs are bad. How comes you didn't use the white compound? Is that because you were using the sandpaper instead?
@@GameboysAreAwesome I seen that, it's ridiculous prices now! Seen your cex rant, I shared it to their Twitter to get it sorted, always embarrassing these companies helps a lot I notice lol 🤣🤣🤣
Hi there. My machine is not polishing the outside ring of discs so is leaving big circles around disc, and unevenly wearing down my pads.
Any ideas?.
I bet you couldn't time that any better as soon as you turned it on the TV light up a Domino's Pizza advert popped up lmao 🤣🤣👏
lol alright haah

Dude.. it looks like you murdered a smurf in that thing..
I used to have a JFJ Easy Pro but it broke rather quickly.
TH-cam just recommend your video
Anarchy Rulz my favourite game now scratched up until I used this now it’s working again yay 😁
In the U.K. now a new jfj would set you back £480, not worth the money
