This is funny brother, and do you know why it's funny, well because if it was Ali ibn abi Talib a.s and not Abu Bakr this verse was speaking about the Shia would use it to prove the superiority of Ali, just like the Shia use the verse that says "those who give charity and making ruku' ".
May Allah guide us all and purify our hearts so we can understand the Quran.

Mersad Mesihovic to create an impossible hypothesis and then presume that the Shia would have used it to prove the superiority of Ali defies both logic and early Islamic history. And the Shia have shown that they do not have double standards.

If you check on any Shia website you will see that the Shia give meaning to verses that include words like the "rope of allah" sura ali Imran or in sura rahman "two oceans than touch but don't mix" to be the ahlu bait.
I hope you are are true Shia of Ali a.s as I am a Shia of Ali a.s. and see through this guys hatred and misspresentation

I grew up in a Sunni family - of old school Syrian origin - but was blessed enough to be taught religion by my Shia Iraqi stepfather.... I still always considered myself "Sunni" until perhaps two days ago of which I firmly came to the conclusion that I am of Shia Ali may peace be upon him.
First and most importantly Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'Alla states clearly in the Quran that Prophethood and knowledge of The Book is a CHOSEN BLOODLINE elected by Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'Alla Himself.... It is not a democratic process that flawed humans are in charge of.
Second, and this perhaps is what caught my attention the most is my research into other religions, cultures and traditions.
I learned that EVERY civilization and religion from the beginning of time up until the Christians explained the JINN world in extensive detail (as far as electromagnetic/manifestation, etc) and how they effect our consciousness and corrupt our relationship with Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'Alla....
They also described TWO - a man and woman - that will come during end times that will be able to gather ALL the knowledge since the beginning of time and put in in a cohesive way that demonstrates Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'Alla as being THE TRUTH.
Why then was this not included in Islamic texts?! Why has our religious culture negated the woman and claimed Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'Alla created her to be at home when throughout the physical world FEMININE and MASCULINE are complementary?!
There is still much more to the subject, but this brings us back full circle for sake of this comment....
I am now starting to firmly believe that Abu Bakr and his cronies were to Islam what Peter and the sell out disciples were to Christianity.
They not only altered the message and withheld text.... They implemented an INSTITUTIONLIZED religious doctrine in which ONLY they were the gatekeepers. The only TRUE source of knowledge.
I don't buy Iran's version of Shia Islam either.... They are just opposite sides of the extremist system while both are controlled and loyal to their love of power through use of oppression....
So I find myself in a really particular place.... I am seeking knowledge.
Early Islamic Scholar knowledge without any biased input based on political allegiances....
I wish that more information like this that breaks it down in an academic way existed!

Good video brother but you missed the main argument about recipient of the tranquility. @28:00 The verse starts: "If you do not aid the Prophet - Allah has already AIDED HIM". so what is the aid? The "tranquility" at end of the verse. This intro further confirms that "Allah sent down his tranquillity upon HIM" referring to the same "HIM" at the beginning of the verse, otherwise the verse makes no sense and also pointless for Allah to use "IF".
Its like me saying "if you do not help John then know that I have already helped him in the past." So how did i help John? Here is an example: "I sent down my help upon Peter and helped him with funds you did not see." So if you believe tranquility was sent upon Abu bakr then you must also believe that Quran's logic and elloquence is as poor as the example given above.
Second argument you missed is at @7:15 "when the disbelievers drove him out" Quran clearly states him not them. أَخْرَجَهُ not أَخْرَجَهُما. Quran itself says the Prophet pbuh left alone.

Very good brother. But it was good to show more about the Shia’s narrative on this event. You can easily find the references:
Abubakr knew the Mushrekin’s plan that night (or he even planned it, cannot clearley remember). Thus, he was surprised when he saw the prophet PBUH why he was not in bed. Prophet knew he will rat out and thus unwillingly had to take him along. Abubakr even in the cave tried to make some noise by his feet moving some rocks to get the prophet arrested but a sanke scarred him. He used every single opportunity.

I was in my research journey towards understanding the very different views on certain personalities in early Islam. I am not an expert in Quranic interpretations or anything like that. But I remember when I read the verse regarding the incident of the cave, the question popped in my head, how come this guy had fear of the enemies (ie he was not still firm in his belief in Allah, and certainly not a brave person in general) and later he has been claimed to be the righteous successor for the prophet(pbuh)?! Then I went to the history of all the battles when Prophet (pbuh) was also present, again nothing that could convince me he had some extraordinary merits to be labled as “THE” greatest choice as the first successor. Then I went to see if he had some sort of knowledge or wisdom that could possibly make him close to the Prophet( pbuh), again nothing… I couldn’t and still can’t understand how much cover-up occurred to “justify” his successorship …
thank you for this content, it helped me alot. Big time, big time…

      Praise be to Allah.
      Firstly:
Al-Bukhaari (3671) narrated that Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah said: I said to my father - who was ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (may Allah be pleased with him) -: “Which of the people is best after the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)? He said: Abu Bakr. I said: Then who? He said: Then ‘Umar.
Imam Ahmad (835) narrated that Abu Juhayfah said: I heard ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) say: Shall I not tell you the best of this ummah after its Prophet? (It is) Abu Bakr. Then he said: Shall I not tell you the best of this ummah after Abu Bakr? (It is) ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). The commentators on al-Musnad said: Its isnaad is hasan.
Ahl as-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa‘ah are unanimously agreed that the best of this ummah after its Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is Abu Bakr as-Siddeeq, then ‘Umar, then ‘Uthmaan, then ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with them all).
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
They - i.e., Ahl as-Sunnah - affirm that which is narrated in mutawaatir reports from Ameer al-Mu’mineen ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (may Allah be pleased with him) and others: that the best of this ummah after its Prophet is Abu Bakr, then ‘Umar, and they mentioned the third one as ‘Uthmaan and the fourth one as ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with them all), as is indicated by the reports.

The guy basically used Shia 's argument if there was no one after the prophet who had authority from God to confirm the current Quran (and others with different Ahruf) is preserved, because of these variations, you can't call it "perfectly" preserved. Also, he brought Aisha's belief in breastfeeding verse in Quran that it was lost to prove his point. instead of saying she was a liar, he threw the Quran under the bus to protect that despicable woman and try to change the topic to racism. During Hijarat Abu Bakr followed the Prophet (PBUH) and ended up in a cave, the motive was to get the Prophet (PBUH) killed. Abu Bakr disobeyed the Prophet (PBUH) who had instructed him not to follow him. What is the status of a person who disobeys the Prophet (PBUH)? Where was Imam Ali (as)? Forget that why didn’t any of them lay down in the bed of the prophet when they tried to murder him. It was Ali it was always Ali. Ali the Lion of God. How can I follow a religion that believes Muwaia is a leader of the Muslim world did these people forget who his mother and father were? Are these people blind, his mother and father battled the prophet Imam Ali and Hamza killed his grandfather and uncle in battle you think he just forgot that? You think his mother forgot that she ate Hamza’s heart like a cannibal. Did they forget that Yazid was responsible for the massacre of Karbala. Forget all the Hadiths and playing word games. This is basic logic. Bani Umaya lost and they manipulated Islam to continue their business and rule over Mecca. They don’t recognize this was all revenge for losing Mecca to the prophet.

So, you want to tell us that all Makkah was against the prophet except Ali. That means prophet had wasted all his years of Dawah in Makkah and later on, when he migrated to Medinah, they too opostated. Then what was the point of whole Dawah? If Abu Bakr and Umar became caliphs after the death of the prophet and they were already disbelievers, which clearly shows prophet failed in his mission big time and also Ali remained a mere spectator for another 25 years then what was the whole point of Dawah? If prophet could not convert more than 3 people then how would you convince your audience that after 26 years of his demise, real teachings of Islam manifested. Wasn't it a piece of cake for Abu Bakr and Umar to get rid of few believers who had not apostated?

I personally have been thinking and pondering how come the holy Qur'an could curse its own readers.
    The Prophet of Islam ( S )( wa Aaleh ) is reported to have said ;
SO MANY PEOPLE QUR'AN READERS WHILE QUR'AN CURSES THEM.
Yes. It makes perfect sense. When the Qur'an readers think / believe simply the opposite of what Qur'an means, Qur'an curses them.
Enjoy reading Qur'an. Enjoy reciting Qur'an. Enjoy listening to Qur'an ,,, however ; to think that the Prophet of Islam ( S ) was the one who frowned upon the blind man ,, in surah / chapter Abasa ,, and you don't want to accept that the one who frowned was othman son of Affan ,, Qur'an curses you.
The same goes for Aisha. Surah / chapter At-tahreem is clearly against Aisha and her co wife / trouble making assistant. Yet, so many Qur'an readers believe Aisha was " the beloved wife " of the Prophet of Islam ,, and the praising goes on and on ,, and never think Aisha was actually the Prophet's killer. O yes. She was the one who killed her own husband by poisoning. The narrative of ladud in the book of al-bukhari.

After the death of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his immaculate progeny), Muslims had two options for seeking guidance from. The ahlulbayt (family) of the holy Prophet. Others.
The ahlulbayt are those family members of the holy Prophet who grew up in his blessed lap. Islam, Qur'an, Shari'ah, etc was revealed in their house. The angels descended with the blessings, mercy and grace of Allah into their house. The holy Qur'an testifies of their purity, infallibility, cleanliness and perfection. The holy Prophet left behind him the Book of Allah, the holy Qur'an and his holy progeny. They are the inheritors of the holy Prophet's knowledge, wisdom, understanding and characteristics. Ahlulbayt are the best examples, role models and ideals after the holy Prophet. Who can understand Islam, Qur'an, Shari'ah, the sunnah of the holy Prophet and so on better than the people of the house?
This is why Shia's follow the holy ahlulbayt and none else.
As regards to others, we are not sure of the state of their iman, source of their knowledge, information, understanding and guidance about Islam.
Muslims ask Allah at least ten times a day in their daily prayers/namaz, "guide us to the straight path. The path of those upon whom You have showered Your blessings, mercy and grace; not of those upon whom You sent Your wrath and gone astray"
The question is, how am I supposed to know who are the ones upon whom is Allah's grace, blessings and mercy?
In the same salat/namaz, Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their holy Prophet but also his holy progeny.
This proves that the path of the holy Prophet's family is the straight and right path.
Muslims need to carry out their own independent, academic and unbiased research and find out who rebelled against the ahlulbayt, usurped their rights, waged wars against them and spilled their blood. They are the ones upon whom is Allah's wrath and gone astray.
The truth of the matter is that the vast majority of Muslims are victims of prejudice, brainwashing, ignorance, misconceptions and misinformation when it comes to the school of the holy ahlulbayt.
Learn the biographies of personalities like the holy Prophet Muhammad, his beloved daughter Fatima, her husband Ali and their sons Hasan and Husain (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all).
Look into the history of Islam (not of the Muslims).
Carry out your own independent and unbiased research on the following events:-
    Da'wat-e-Zul ashira
    Mubahila
    The event of Ghadeer-e-khum
    Saqifa
    Fadak

Interesting and well presented analysis. I was unfamiliar with the Shi'a narrative of these events and you make some excellent points. But it only makes me wonder why an omniscient and omnipotent God could not think of a more effective way of conveying his message to all humanity, seeing that he would know with infallible certainty it would be corrupted (as in the case of Jesus) or hijacked (as you believe Islam was) resulting in generations inheriting an ingrained psychological and emotional bias towards the beliefs they were raised in, rendering them immune, in most cases, to other beliefs - through no fault of their own. (Wasting their lives in a vicious squabble over which humans from 1400 years ago were better than others due to their inherited biases - which btw you are not free from also.) Then for a Wise & Merciful God to make all this the basis of eternal joy or eternal torture? I suspect you might say people can search for the truth themselves. But the vast majority of humanity haven't been able to do that and are unbelievers. Are they really all evil doomed to Hell? The reality is most humans - past & present - have little time, opportunity, or circumstances to explore all world beliefs and philosophies in any meaningful depth. Most struggle to simply put food on the table for their families. Most humans are not bad or evil. Just flawed imperfect creatures - as we all are. If a Merciful God exists I would expect him to be better and wiser than this. (I'm an ex-Muslim btw)

    • @MhmdBDRD
      @MhmdBDRD 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Allah is merciful but he is also just, this life is an exam to us he gave us the answers but we need to search for them and approach them with a pure heart, Allah gave us the choice and he told us the consequences of them and above that he gave us the answers yet some people will reject them but others submit to them and choose to follow the truth, treating both the rejectors of truth and it's followers the same is against Allah's justice

    • @MhmdBDRD
      @MhmdBDRD 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Aslo regarding that humans aren't all capable or have the means of reaching and searching for the truth like for examples the indigenous tribes of the Amazon, this is addressed in the Quran itself and it support Allah's justice by the verse 17:15 which says
(Who receiveth guidance, receiveth it for his own benefit: who goeth astray doth so to his own loss: No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another: nor would We visit with Our Wrath until We had sent an apostle (to give warning).)
So Allah the most merciful won't punish the people who didn't receive the message, Allah indeed is most merciful and the most just
I encourage you to rethink and research and upon your heart maybe this is a way, a door opened to you by Allah to invite you to return to him

First of all, you have the whole concept of hell wrong. Secondly, the verse is as clear as it can be.. only people with a wild lost imagination would give any merit to Abu bakr based on this verse. Lastly, it’s not important whether you like abu bakr or not.. it’s the intention that matters. If you like him bc you think he was good, you are good. If you like him bc you think he’s bad, you are bad.

I must say, Mr Radwan, your videos have sent me off on many a journey of questioning and contemplation. It is very interesting to see you commenting here, but it does seem you have somewhat changed course. For a start, I note you now self label as an "ex-muslim." Therefore, I hope you don't mind us establishing some common ground
Like you, I agree, the brother here presents the Shia reading in a very engaging manner. He is no doubt motivated by an unshakeable conviction in the Shia Islamic creed.
But let us, for one moment, isolate the academic merit this exegesis brings. Does it make any more sense to what you have always understood ?
      Is it any more true?
Irrespective of your answer, I would like to know if you believe there is any merit in devoting ones capacities to sincerely rejecting falsehood and upholding that which is true.
Does our collective human experience tell us the pursuit of truth is neccessarily that which is politically expedient, socially convinient, or conducive to our immediate wants and desires?

Saying Ali Madad is like asking Hazrat Ali for help and/or guidance is dangerous and problematic. Allah should be the one and further guidance from the prophet Muhammad.

    • @thatshiairaqi
      @thatshiairaqi ปีที่แล้ว

Saying “Ya Ali Madad” is seeking the Waseela of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.) to get your wish from Allah (s.w.t.).Those who misunderstand it think wrongly. Seeking help from human beings is not shirk. Don’t you read in the Holy Qur’an how Prophet Sulaiman (Solomon) (a.s.) sought help of others to bring the throne of Bilqis?
All other prophets sought help from people but never believed or claimed them to be God or His partners. We seek help from doctors when we need them and indeed nobody can say that it is shirk. What if we seek help from the best of the servants of Allah (s.w.t.) and seek their Waseela and intervention to pray for us to Allah (s.w.t.)?
In the Holy Qur’an, Allah (s.w.t.) has ordered us to seek help from patience (sabr) and prayers (salat) (The Holy Qur’an, 2:45 and 2:153). Obviously, ‘sabr’ and ‘salat’ are not ‘Allah’, but still we must seek help from them. Saying “Ya Ali Madad” is therefore, absolutely in accordance with the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Ahadees. If you are quoting Al Tabari volume 6 page 144 correctly I ask you show us the physical copy.
When I search for Al Tabati volume 6 page 144, the entire dialogue you mention the Prophet and Abu Bakr having is not there. As a matter of fact, reading the beginning when Muhammad tells Ali ibn Abi Talib to stay he tells Ali that if Abu Bakr comes to inform Abu Bakr he is going to Thawr. However, as i mentioned, the dialogue you are quoting is not there when I search for Al Tabari volume 6 page 144.

It is clear enough when the so called Sunni Muslims mention the Prophet ( S ) they do send salawat / salutations upon him ( S ). However; they scramble to say it or scramble it saying " sasallam " or " sawsallam " .
But when it comes to Atiq ibn Abi Quhafah known as Abu Bakr, they praise him nicely. They eloquently say " as-siddiq radhia Allahu anh ".
No surprise to me. I know for sure they don't mind elevating their beloved sahabah over the Prophet himself. To them, the Prophet is but a man who happened to be the carrier of the holy Qur'an. Otherwise, he is subject to all kinds of shortcomings, weaknesses, faults, errors etc. Omar is always there to " correct " the errors and Allah would support Omar's views ,,,
He had been " bewitched " . He used to act like doing somethings while he was actually not doing. " mad " and " hallucinating ".
He even " frowned upon the blind man Abd_Ullah ibnu Maktoum ".
If you say; for instance, the Prophet ( S ) had never frowned upon the blind man. It was Othman son of Affan who did it. They always go angry saying that the great sahabi / Prophet's companion would not do such a thing. Othman is so great to them to the point that the angels would humble themselves before him.
I call them sahabist not Muslims.

No one said Abu bakr RA is the “second of the two” mentioned in THE VERSE. The expression “Thani ithnain” simply means “one of two”, like YOU YOURSELF said. So the prophet SAW is one of two, and Abu Bakr RA is also one of the two. When you have two people, both are ‘one of the two’. Hence, Abu bakr is also Thani ithnain…..but obviously the subject in the verse is the prophet SAW.

So technically the story of the “cave” starts from the verse of Imam Ali (a.s) selling is soul for the pleasure of Allah by sleeping in his bed. I think it’s important to stress this point and the ahadith that state Imam Ali asks the prophet “will you be safe” when he’s asked to sleep in his bed. This will further help in drawing the difference between the “the one with grief” and the one who was willing to sell his soul for the pleasure of Allah!

Please study the following statements very carefully and ponder over the points discussed.
The daughter of Abu Bakr, the wife of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his immaculate progeny), the mother of believers, Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her??), waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son-in-law of the holy Prophet, a member of the ahlulbayt and the rightful caliph of her time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Many were killed and many were injured in this battle. The holy Prophet had warned his wives against this battle.
The name of this battle is the "Battle of Jamal"
The son of Abu Sufyan and Hind, the father of Yazid, Mu'awiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him??) waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son-in-law of the holy Prophet, a member of the ahlulbayt and the rightful caliph of his time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). A highly respectable sahabi of the holy Prophet, Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred by Mu'awiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) in this battle. The holy Prophet had informed Ammar that he would be killed by a gang of traitors.
The name of this battle is the "Battle of Jamal".
As a free thinking Muslim, I am sure it is my right to analyse such episodes and search for some concrete explanation, such as:-
    1. How on earth can Allah be ever pleased with the oppressed and the oppressors at the same time? If this is not a mockery of religion then what else is it?
    2. Can a sahabi of the holy Prophet be a warmonger, an unjust, a tyrant and a bloodthirsty?
    3. Can an oppressor, an unjust, a warmonger and a bloodthirsty be a sahabi of the holy Prophet?
    4. If you were present at the time, whose side would you have taken and on what grounds?
    5. What is the definition of a sahabi?
    6. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyyah and their followers accept hazrat Ali as the rightful caliph of their time or what?
    7. What is the punishment for someone who rebels against the caliph of their time?
    8. Who are the martyrs and who are the traitors in these two battles?
    9. What would you say about someone who rebels against the flesh and blood of your own Prophet, usurps their right and shed their blood?
    10. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyyah and their followers pray namaz? In their namaz, did they send blessings upon their holy Prophet and his holy progeny?
What kind of beings were they who sent blessings upon their Prophet and his family and at the same time oppressed them, waged wars against them and spilled their blood?
    11. What kind of ideals, examples and role models were such beings for the Muslim ummah?
    13. What kind of role model, example and ideal is Ayesha for the Muslim women?
    14. We are told not speak against the wives or the sahabas of the holy Prophet regardless of their warmongering, oppression, injustice and bloodshed.
The SON of prophet Nuh (a s ) could not escape from the wrath of Allah. The WIVES of prophets Nuh and Lut (peace be upon them both) did not go unpunished because of their corruption. Allah has cursed the UNCLE of the holy Prophet, Abu Lahab by his name in the holy Qur'an. What makes Muslims think that the wives and the so called sahabas can get away with injustice, corruption and bloodshed?
Please read the first twelve verses of Surah Tahreem.
    15. We are told that the wives of the holy Prophet are included in the ahlulbayt referred to in Surah Ahzaab verse33. This can never be possible for at least three reasons.
    a. the relationship between the holy Prophet and his wives is through marriage which can be nullified through divorce.
    b. how can someone who is drenched with the blood of the holy Prophet's own family member be also a part of the ahlulbayt?
    c. none of the wives of the holy Prophet claimed to be amongst the ahlulbayt referred to in this verse.
    16. How can beings who are drenched with the innocent blood (and that too of your own Prophet's family members) be a source of knowledge, understanding and guidance about Islam?
What kind of Islam (if that is Islam) can be expected of such beings?
    17. Muslims claim to love their Prophet and his holy family and at the same time they love, revere and respect their sworn enemies. Muslims take the enemies of the holy Prophet and his holy household as their leaders, guide, source of knowledge and understanding about Islam.
One wonders where does their loyalty lie.
The truth of the matter is that the vast majority of Muslims are victims of ignorance, prejudice, brainwashing, misconceptions and misinformation when it comes to the school of the holy ahlulbayt
