I totally agree! I enjoy what she shares but love that we aren't bombarded with all the extras like everyone else does ALL the time. I'm happy she has been able to keep her private life as well. I’m a 14 year old athlete and I have to wake up at 5 every morning to have time to do caroline’s workouts but it is so worth it!!! I feel so much stronger and my performance in sports has improved so much!

That has to be 1 of the most well rounded glute workouts I have had. I am so appreciative of the variety you bring to your craft. Not many people would think to work the glute medius as well as you did. The fact that you can make such a tough workout using just our body weight, bands and a weight only for 15 minutes of the workout is really impressive.
Epic II day 44 done ✅ Ooooh this one is a right little burner, little fires everywhere 🤣😂🔥🔥 It actually reminded me very much of a Pilates session with all the pulses and holds but about a million times meaner!! 8 minutes of non stop abs followed by non stop glute abuse and the finisher is banded hip thrusts, for 2 minutes straight. 2 minutes non stop when your glutes are already burnt to a crisp - brutal!! Thanks Caroline 🥴🤣😆

This was one of the most challenging workouts for me. I hate glute exercises(hate the burn 😂), but at the end I’m happy I pushed through the pain, not going to lie, I had to stop few times. Thank you for keeping me going and be my best self. Love x

Great session for sure! Despite my core hurting as much as arms etc from yesterday’s push-up day, I opted for the ankle weights like many others. I like reading through the comments from people in earlier time zones. I thought this glutes workout was most challenging yet. Where normally we might expect a rest, we were to hold instead. Mind over matter. I also really liked using other equipment to support the variety of exercises. Definitely a future Go To.

I've taken my rest day yesterday and did this one today instead and all I could say I underestimated this one! Even without ankle weights I feel burnout! During donkey kicks my butt started to hurt like there's no tomorrow! I am aching all over I am struggling since my shoulders hurt. And during that obduction my glutes started cramping and now I can't feel my glutes. But I am happy I do finisher without stopping eventhough it hurts! Thank you so much, Caroline! Full body tomorrow and I don't know what'll happen to me. A week left to finish epic 2! I am excited for heat! ❤

I am so excited for this workout! Always look forward to a glutes and abs session 🎉 ! The variation in EPIC is insane, can't believe i still ache after each workout, 44 days in 😂! Thank you Caroline for being so consistent and making it fun. I used to regularly go to the gym and do insanity but always burnt out and got bored. With this programme, I learn new moves each week and definitely never felt as strong in my life 🤗

Great session for sure! Despite my core hurting as much as arms etc from yesterday’s push-up day, I opted for the ankle weights like many others. I like reading through the comments from people in earlier time zones. I thought this glutes workout was most challenging yet. Where normally we might expect a rest, we were to hold instead. Mind over matter. I also really liked using other equipment to support the variety of exercises. Definitely a future Go To.

Thank you for this challenging workout! That was such an intense burner! I used my ankle weights (1,5 kg each) and my strongest band. My gosh! It was soooo painful!😅😥 I have a feeling I will be sore tomorrow... Have a great workout everyone! Happy Wednesday!😀

The hip thrust Sets and the 2 min hipthrust finisher were a Killer . A great workout.
I've taken my rest day yesterday and did this one today instead and all I could say I underestimated this one! Even without ankle weights I feel burnout! During donkey kicks my butt started to hurt like there's no tomorrow! I am aching all over I am struggling since my shoulders hurt. And during that obduction my glutes started cramping and now I can't feel my glutes. But I am happy I do finisher without stopping eventhough it hurts! Thank you so much, Caroline! Full body tomorrow and I don't know what'll happen to me. A week left to finish epic 2! I am excited for heat! ❤

I am so excited for this workout! Always look forward to a glutes and abs session 🎉 ! The variation in EPIC is insane, can't believe i still ache after each workout, 44 days in 😂! Thank you Caroline for being so consistent and making it fun. I used to regularly go to the gym and do insanity but always burnt out and got bored. With this programme, I learn new moves each week and definitely never felt as strong in my life 🤗
