Roy is starting to become a hero to me. People are posting such hateful things they don't see that he is only doing what's right because THE REST OF US RUINED WILD LIFE HERE! He does a very important job something people from the city don't get most of them think he just shoots whatever he gets in the crosshairs of his rifle that's so wrong. This is a nature loving human trying minimize the damage CITY people do to wildlife there because of them being hungry 24/7 and the mess we threw in our beautiful grazing lands in the 80's! STOP that madness this is the better way damn it. Stop threatening him. He isn't a person who just kills everything that moves!
For the people who want to try this on their hawk just record this guys voice...free advice

WOW! Absolutely fantastic! I've never, ever, seen anything like this especially the willingness of the female to be inseminated! The way she just stuck her rear up like that without any hesitation is just absolutely incredible! Your method of interaction with both, the male and the female is terrific. It's interesting to see how you pat her on her back which I'm guessing is the similar reaction of the male's feet when he's on top of her and has his talons drawn so he doesn't injure the female? And the calling is spectacular. Thanks for showing this.
I remember back in the earlier days when artificial inseminating for breeding goshawks was at it's infancy (so to speak) and one of the methods was using a special hat similar to that semen catcher you have and you would wear the hat and the male would see it and that was his indication to mate and jump on the hat and donate this semen on it. That was the way I was familiar with but this is much better.
Interesting here in Japan about 30 years ago Mr Susumu Takahashi artificially inseminated his goshawks, wrote a book about it in Japanese only called Sodatte, Taka no Akachan.

I know in general, the female eagle tend to be larger as compare to a female eagle, but may I ask, between a male eagle vs a female eagle, which is more quieter and which is more noiser? a male eagle OR a female eagle? please reply as I need the answer as soon as possible, and million thanks sir.
Depends on the individual but males are usually louder

We humans inseminate this way to prevent disease, damage to the animals, and to assure the best breeding possibilities. If left to the birds, they may not conceive at all.
