For some reason it says "Failed to launch-download zip file"

I actually have no idea what's that supposed to mean but try,
- Clear your phone storage
- Keep connected to a wifi
- Make sure you are downloading the right file in the right website

What’s interesting is that everything else loads normally, but it’s the model that doesn’t load.​@@ray_arthz

The reason is that the model should not .prisma but it should be .proj Otherwise I don't want to load..

@@Nathan_0_1 .prisma file is should be working in Prisma3D because that was the file that Prisma3D create when you try to share the project.
If that file is no longer working, try extracting it. The .proj and textures are should be in that .prisma file

Huh, are u sure ur skin is 64×64px or 128×128px? I really recommend u to use that resolution
