- Today I eat Mcdonalds In Indonesia for the first time. There are so many amazing special Items on the McDonalds menu that I had a hard time choosing what to eat, However I got as many Special Mcdonalds Items as I could for an Ultimate mukbang.

I don't know the business model outside Indonesia, but in Indonesia generally restaurants will release new models of food variations every few months in order to survive, otherwise generally Indonesian people quickly get bored with the same food menu and will try other restaurants that release new menus.
indeed, indonesian market is so dynamic, unless your products already an OG that can stand at least 20 years.
Because there is so much competition there, both from franchise products and local products that taste just as good. As Indonesians, it is very true that we are always enthusiastic about something new and unique, especially if it tastes delicious.

From my experiences, all the McDonalds besides from USA are very fully aware and really care about the taste, ingredients so people can really not just enjoy but feel the food

It's "YAKINIKU" not "YAKINIKI". It's Japanese themed menu actually. Our McDonalds often got creative menus a couple of times each year.

Honestly if in the USA they can find this kind of workers in just 1 Mcdonald it will be the 5-star and the most visited one because Indonesia Workers really take their job seriously.
Actually, Indonesian here I think because our culture of respect others if you want to be respected is rooted deeply into us, taught by our parents, teachers, grandparents. Also combine that with our Asian nature of hard worker, I think thats why people here actually does their job.
I've been to EU once and when I go to shops there, a lot of the employee looks depressing and really doesnt care about their job, they just wanna get their paycheck and leave
