The Weiders did Draper wrong...when ARNOLD arrived they put him on the back burner....i heard he was a super nice guy and never held a grudge. Overall he had a great physique and tv/movie career. THE "BLONDE BOMBER" RIP
Truth be told, I’ve always preferred his physique to Arnold’s. I’m not totally sure why, I’ve just felt it looked more mature and real. Like he built his body through hard work mainly (I’m aware he wasn’t natural).
This is very similar to the types of full-body routines designed by Bradley J. Steiner, especially in his book A Complete Guide to Effective Barbell Training. That would be an excellent text to cover for this series.
I finally started reading Brother Iron, Sister Steel recently since I'm a huge admirer of Draper and found his website articles to be splendidly well written. Dave is a gem, and has one of the most unique physiques of all time.
Wonderful! Yes, he was an under appreciated genius. The bodybuilding forum on his website is full of a wealth of knowledge that is hard to find elsewhere.
Thanks so much for this upload. Exactly what I need today for my 67 young years body. I like your no frills straightforward presentation. Cheers and Smooth Sailing ⛵🌝⛵ matey.
I just finished a month of this routine from Brother Iron Sister Steel. I’m onto the 2nd one, Tough Fit. Cool to see someone else is reading his book & applying the routines! I needed a reboot - and this routine was a great step back to basics.
Interesting enough is the “Full range of motion”, in the Era of bodybuilding, was in regards to Presses and StiffArm work that bodybuilders would do (like in chair dips) lockout on the top of movements. Maybe that’s why they would be stronger (in certain lifts).
Thanks for the series I needed jt
I hope it helps you out!
@@ForgottenFitness mind if you do a series on how working adults can built muscle and get a silver era physique

I just looked it up. Yes, it’s very similar. A lot of these full body routines are cut from the same cloth, per sei.

I think that’s definitely why. They trained the muscle through its entire range of motion. Many top level bodybuilders now just do partials.
Good series
Thanks! I think so too 💪🏼
No direct shoulder work?
I caught that too. There should laterals of some kind, if not presses.
How suitable do you think this series is for women?
Very suitable. I think it would work well for anyone of any demographic
