Rudolph thank you for preserving our muscle culture and history. You and your friend delivered one of the best demonstration of Larry Scott technique for building biceps . And use of the bench he design was a bonus. Once again thank you for producing another brilliant video lecture on the subject.
These are incredibly hard to find. Thank you for demonstrating this. Would love to see Larry's bicep workout performed on this! Larry's influence on where and oddly, how to hit the bicep came from Lou Degni, stage named Mark Forrest!
El final es lo mejor, con Larry mosrtrando la técnica,el estiramiento,el poco peso usado y las burns al final, creo que es lo que mas tienen que mirar si se quiere hacer las cosas bien, sigan asi boys !!!!!!
I remember about this rounded side of the pad is that you can adjust the angle of you arms as your doing the exercise, like if your at a sticking point without a spotter. ps, Love the 1973 Retro kitchen
Hi Man Love ur content.My.problem is I workout alone in my room dont hav enough money to buy a preacher nd gyms.in my.area r expensive.any idea how can.i.do scott curls.Love frm India
Definitely try using the outside of a couch while keeping your knuckles down and Palms up as much as possible but you also could get a really good mind muscle connection stimulus from doing curls and a doorway by leaning away from the doorway having the target arm across your body and using only the bicep to pull your chest towards your phone
Palm* The talk to text feature had it right the first time and then it changed it last second and this new update doesn't allow me to edit my comments.

Indeed they are! I like the idea of demonstrating Larry’s entire arm routine on this. I might have to do that!

Incredible performance! cannot wait to try a bench like this
Some gyms have similar (not the same) standing style benches. Try to see if you can snag some time to use it and give it a try. You won’t regret it!
Great demonstration!! Where is that blue handle on the right in the background from?
EZreal Armwrestling.

So you kinda stand up when your going down and when you go up you go back in to that air sitting position?
Yes, you “rock” back and forth

Try the seat of a couch and use a single dumbbell. It should mimic this movement at least a little.
