I like the U head movement a lot . Instead of going out and in . I do mines side to side literally the letter U . You can attack with the U head movement . As I’m about to attack I do my U head movement a little exaggerated . Left to right . If I decide to attack left as soon as dip left , I punch hook overhand hook , if I decide to attack right , I do overhand left bodyhook overhand . By doing the U head movement they won’t know what side you chose to attack . You can feint before you attack so it throws them off . I hope it makes sense . You’re a beast keep posting . Your channel is gonna blow up . You’re unique , great content 💯

Coach, I don’t know if you’ve done this already (I’ll keep watching videos), but that’d be awesome if you did a video on different heavy bag footwork, or how to move while punching since it’s crucial for real or ring fights. If you had a video with steps, pivots, shifts in how you explain it, it’d be TH-cam gold for amateurs and pros alike.

@@dungeonboxingclub Awesome. I can’t wait. As awesome as tonight’s fight was, it looks like Garcia could even use some of that.

I would sat at least 4-5 days a week, 3 miles minimum. Probably best to do them first thing in the morning.

Learn to love the process, don't wait for anyone to tell you when to train. Get your roadwork in, 90% of winning a fight is having the proper conditioning. You got this!!!!
